  • Every art video is full of commenters saying "this is so good, I can't do this". Of course you can, but it takes practice. You can't just pick up a brush and magically paint well. If you want to do something well, you have to be willing to do it badly to start with. That's the only way you can improve

  • I know NOTHING about art but I can actually understand what you're doing. The more I watch the more your techniques make sense and allow me to enjoy your process and the end result. Thank you for making art appreciation accessible for the non artistically talented. Parts of me say...maybe it's not completely beyond my ability to move some paint around on a canvas. 58 yrs I'd have laughed and been embarrassed at the idea of even thinking I could try.
