these videos are not for entertainment, they are clearly "fair dealing" under UK copyright law and are exempt as they are reporting current affairs, as I am sure you are aware UK courts "bear in mind that considerations of public interest are paramount".
UK courts see the fair dealing defence usually only applies when part of a work has been taken such as small clips as per my youtube videos.
Reporting of current events
Under Section 30(2), fair dealing using any work for the purpose of reporting current events, with sufficient acknowledgement, is a valid exception to copyright. Photographs are excluded, however; Cornish, Llewelyn and Aplin write that this is "in order to preserve the full value of holding a unique visual record of some person or event" (11TH MAY 2018) Subscribe for more news.

  • 8:49 Yasmin Alibhai Brown twisting a nothing comment again, so that she can be portrayed as a victim. She looks sweet and innocent, but in reality, she is one nasty old woman

Is it really because there is information that is unobtainable anywhere else, or is it because they push one particular anti-European, anti-British worldview? You make us sick, you hate your own people and wish to see an end to all of us.

We may have won the referendum but we have still not left the EU and we still have remoaners trying to scupper it by either wanting another referendum or by wanting it watered down so we stay in the customs union and the single market which would be basically leaving in name only so of course we are angry because you hate democracy and you can not accept that you lost.

      @grandpazhang2455@grandpazhang24555 жыл бұрын
    • @CountJimbo I didn't say she didn't have that right. I was simply correcting you, she was neither born nor raised here. She does indeed have the right and avails herself of it frequently, she's never off the telly. Why she's always invited on I don't know. She's neither an impressive speaker or writer and she's pretty rude and childish. She harps on continually about Britain's past for which she thinks we should be ashamed yet rarely if ever credits us for any good we have done. She was more than happy to accept sanctuary in this country however when idi amin expelled it's Asians and had no problem accepting an MBE, only returning it when she was later shamed on live TV! She's an odious woman regardless of her citizenship. She may have a British passport but she despises this country and its institutions, (almost as much as she hates the white working class.) To me she will never be British no matter what it says on her passport.

To answer your point, I absolutely WOULD be bothered by her views if she was white and would consider her just as traitorous. I would still be mystified as to how such an unimpressive speaker and writer got on my TV screen so often and would still consider her an odious person. But you think whatever comforts you.

  • "And I can see it's doing the same for my adversaries on the leave side too"?? What?! My summer isn't being spoilt, my life isn't being spoilt! That's an odd thing for him to say. I'm quite enjoying myself. I know good will triumph over evil in the end. I know nationalism is going to win over globalism. I think that's why the globalists are going mad. They know they are losing, and its difficult for them. I will be upset if Theresa May keeps us in the Customs Union or something stupid, but we'll get out of it in 10 years anyway. All she can do is slow the process down.

Get Paris on the show and have him explain what is so good about that ? Yes, I am sick to the back teeth with these A...holes constantly bleating on -we had a DEMOCRATIC vote and BREXIT came out on top! Just get on with it.

    • CountJimbo Yes we know all of that....... It is now a matter of how the accounts are presented, under a cloak of deception with the erroneous use of words. They have NOT been signed off in any satisfactory degree within any recognized accounting system. In fact a partial 'new language' has been introduced to cover for the fraudulent activities that occur each day of each year. Further more there are EU laws in place that PROTECT any would be miscreants committing fraud, from prosecution whilst an employee, or retiree of the EU. I refer you to an IN DEPTH enlightenment; Richard Milton Books - 'Have the EU accounts been signed off or not? ' read that and then come back an tell us ' its a myth '

Some of my family voted Remain, some voted Leave, some abstained and everyone has different reasons for their choice. But we do not form tribes against each other. We discuss the subject in the knowledge that we each may be wrong and we listen to each other’s points of view and judge their merits with honesty. Maybe I’m lucky to be born into a family of independent freethinkers. I just haven’t encountered any of this animosity she talks about. I don’t recognise it.

The remainers don't want to talk about any of the opportunities post brexit because they won't admit that they exist. The sooner we leave the EU and can debate the issues facing our newly independent country and renew our relationship with the rest of the world the better! "Though much is taken, much abides; and though We are not now that strength which in old days Moved earth and heaven, that which we are, we are, One equal temper of heroic hearts, Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.
