Despite of what happened in the end, this was one of the greatest moments I've witnessed. Coming back to Old Trafford, a special place in Ronaldo's heart, and putting two goals in the net and a smile on everybody's face. True happiness!

For the World Cup, yes we didn't won it, but for us portuguese was always a dream to win it. I wish Eusébio had won it or Figo. Again, for our nation to have won the Euros and to be in every World Cup/Euros since Ronaldo joined is very good. I hope the next generations can keep this up. And with that argument there is no reason to talk about haaland/ Vinícius/ mbappe. One was already world cup champ, the other one plays for Brazil who are 5 times WC champions and are always favorites to win it and the last one plays for Norway. It's hard for them to qualify for a Nations league, let alone Euros or the WC.

This match brought tears to my eyes. He was the reason I started watching football back in 2006. I remember saving my little pocket money to buy United’s number 7 jersey. After almost 16 years I got to watch my idol play at OT again all in red. Football is something else.

Although a Chelsea fan, I do watch football for the love of the sport. Moments like these are so rare and no matter how Ronaldo has left United for good now, he will always be a legend in my eyes. I am a guy that, from the second I start to feel an emotion that could guide me towards a tear, I push it down hard and I just know I would cry a freaking river if this guy won the World Cup for my country, Portugal. From the change of manager, to dislike between him and the club and the exit, things got so messed up. Now Cristiano Ronaldo hates the club and the club hates him too.
And I ManU hates him even more: can't erase or ignore his legacy... his shadow of greatness will always hover over Old Trafford😉
