The 9P148 is an Soviet armored vehicle introduced into service in 1974, and designed to carry a launcher ATGM 9M113 "Konkurs" for five missiles. It is based on the ubiquitous BRDM-2 armored scout car.

I have one of these in the US currently, operational, but without missiles of course! I've been able to translate most of the unique operational aspects of the 9P148 versus the standard BRDM-2, but I'm still struggling to get the missile system to deploy when the electronics are fired up. I can manually move them into the raised or lowered position, and once in the raised position they seem to track the targeting side well, but I think I must be missing something.
