Puff pastry, 1 apple and in 5 minutes ! delicious last minute dessert to impress your guests !
ingredients :
1 apple
juice of half a lemon
2 tbsp of brown sugar
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
250g of rectangular puff pastry
1/4 cup of walnuts (30g)
some raisins (about 15g)
4 tbsp of any jam you like ( I used apricot jam)
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp of milk
enjoy it !

  • What a great recipe. I would also add a tablespoon of melted butter to the mix. And once it's ready cooked and cooled down, a light sprinkle of icing sugar. Thanks for posting this. Looks delish.

  • These are yummy quick and easy I was naughty and added a dollop of custard in each section where l thought l would slice them and they came out amazing I made my custard at home and l made it thick as most store bought custard is a little runny which would have made them a little soggy Next time l will add thinly sliced slivered almonds on the top instead of the apple and a few in the filling as well Best anytime but especially cold evenings at home and l still served them with a dollop of whipped cream on top for extra decadence Sooo good! 🤑 Thank you for a great recipe ☺

    • I'm thinking put the cinnamon in the custard ? Maybe some almond extract too that would compliment the visual toasted almond slivers ??

  • Muy buena receta rápida de hacer, la he probado y ha salido rica rica. Solo una observación : al cortarla antes de cocerla se sale todo el jugo y queda muy seca, cuando la vuelva ha hacer únicamente marcaré las porciones. Saludos. Muchas gracias
