  • To everyone reading this: having goals is good, but never beat yourself over for not beign able to quickly achieve them. Never skip steps, follow a progression and don't feel ashamed to start with your knees on thy ground or even inclined on a wall. Some people just don't have the genetics and didn't develop strong arms during their teenager years or you are simply a little overweight now. Don't let people put you down. Stay determined and you WILL achieve your goals. Stay healthy :)

    • I think you gotta train your wrists, especially for stuff like planche or long hand stand holds (even short handstands can hurt my wrists, but my wrists are skinny sooo...) Edit: I rewatched it again and noticed he actually has a wrist brace on one of his wrists, so maybe he actually did collapse his wrist 🤣

We sometimes get athletes from England, France, Ireland, Germany and Belgium and then they show these crazy things. But its very uncommon. On international tournaments we get insane athletes who can do things you said. But half the athlete ? Just not true man
