    • A lot of famous metal bands that were famous in the 80s are British (Black Sabbath, Judas Priest (there's even a Judas poster in Eddie's room), Iron Maiden, etc), and also part of the "heavy metal dude" look comes from there, so I'm sure the actor knew what he was working with and how to bring Eddie to life the way he did. His ability to pull off an American accent is really awesome, too.
