He is absolutely correct in tucking your pelvis and proper spinal alignment. But you need to pull your elbows to your toes and pull your toes to your elbows to activate properly. Try it and feel how much more engaged the chain is. It's a good feeling. 🔗🙏

I hold plank for 4 minutes yesterday and 5 minutes today. I'm trying to challenge myself to see how long I can hold it.
I am actually attempting the world record for most rubik's cubes solved while holding an abdominal plank position later this year. I need to raise my plank time from 2 minutes to around 5 minutes. Thank you

Good to keep in mind. I’ll be doing an ab 30 days challenge where the 3rd execise is full plank, and for each new day the amount of reps and sec for each execise increase by 5. it starts at 20 and will end up at 160 by the end of the month
