  • He is absolutely correct in tucking your pelvis and proper spinal alignment. But you need to pull your elbows to your toes and pull your toes to your elbows to activate properly. Try it and feel how much more engaged the chain is. It's a good feeling. 🔗🙏

  • Good to keep in mind. I’ll be doing an ab 30 days challenge where the 3rd execise is full plank, and for each new day the amount of reps and sec for each execise increase by 5. it starts at 20 and will end up at 160 by the end of the month
