1 min Yoga for ADHD

It only takes 1 min! It is a small enough step which is easier to fit in and act on, but will create a big positive emotions! Breathing deeply with movements provide us with more O2 and stimulate our brain. It is well worth your 1 min of your time to feel the sense of accomplishment to move you forward.

  • a perfect channel for people with adhd! it is nice to know even 1 minute is enough when you don't have the energy to motivate yourself to move.
