I don’t understand what’s wrong with being choppy or a little bit bigger than supposedly Whatever is the norm so what she has a little meat on her body so does a lot of people and there’s nothing wrong with that. I don’t understand this anorexic culture thing diet pills, osepic crap yeah we just be the way we are and be left in peace ❤ she’s just a normal person that eats food and it’s just a normal weight. As a bridal hair stylist my jaw was on the floor hearing about her stylist…. Truly so unprofessional I am so sorry that was her experience! Heart wrenching!
Is $3500 typical for wedding hair?
Natalie is SO real for sharing that she didn’t have $2500 to pay the outrageous hair stylist 2 days before her wedding since they were over budget already. ❤

If you two survived the crazy, drunk hair dresser, and the spoiled honeymoon your marriage will be fine. The fact that you experienced these things and got through it okay shows that you’ll be okay as long as you practice patience and take care of each other no matter what crazy external things may happen. The woman who works at the airport, Lisa, the lady who helped you..I would send Lisa some flowers. She sounds like a good person. You would totally make her day! 😊

What Natalie mentioned her mom said about Nick really showing up as a husband was so sweet. The mention that other husbands would probably get mad and start assigning blame is so true. I’ve been in so many uncomfortable situations with friends and fam with their spouses where I hear them assign blame. Nick’s perspective of the opportunity to show up as the husband and provide calm in a hectic situation is beautiful. I’m an unmarried 30s girly but have the most hope that my guy is out there esp when I hear others’ beautiful love stories because of all it took for them to finally meet each other. So glad these two found one another!

As someone who just got married last September, I completely relate to Natalie and her planning process and how frustrating it can be. But despite all of it, it was worth it because of how gorgeous your vision turned out.

I want to start out by saying Congratulations to Nick | Natalie on getting engaged | married to each other w/their community around them to celebrate it. It was tough to hear another tough airport story but like Justin said it was just the universe having a particular plan for them this time not involving a night of Turks lol. Like Nick said everything that had happened between him | Natalie it put everything in perspective. Again congratulations to Nick | Natalie much brighter things to come for them.

We too had a bomb threat on our honeymoon, it's true they take you on a bus out to the tarmac of an unused runway and you stand on the pavement and watch while they go through ALL the bags, and until they're cleared to let you back inside. But I'm here to say the bumpy start is a good omen for smooth sailing in your marriage. 32 years this year.

Highly recommend Point Grace in Turks when you go back. We were there in April (left the day of the bomb scare) with our 6 month old and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Food and service is phenomenal, best beach area along Grace Bay (all chairs have unobstructed ocean views), and having a full kitchen and washer/dryer with a baby was clutch
