The Brave Bunnies visit the beach, where they meet Carmen the FLAMINGO. Carmen is a ballerina with long legs and a long neck! Boo wants to be a ballerina too, so Carmen gives the Bunnies a ballet lesson - but it’s not easy with short bunny-legs! Bop and Boo show Carmen their bunny-hop dance. When Carmen tries to copy, she falls on her bottom, because her legs are too long! They decide to make a new dance, combining both their styles. The Bunnies add an arabesque to their bunny-hops. And Carmen adds tiny bunny-hops to her graceful twirls! The kids launch into a Friendship Dance, showcasing their skills!
The Brave Bunnies enjoy a stop at the beach. Pa slathers sun lotion on the babies, while Ma sunbathes on a bunny-lounge. Bop and Boo bound across the beach, attempting to get their carrot-kite in the air. The kids are so excited, they almost run into a young FLAMINGO in a tutu, doing a graceful jeté. WAAA?! She loses her balance trying to avoid them and topples onto the sand!
The Bunnies gape in awe as the Flamingo, Carmen, gets to her feet. Unlike them, she has long legs, and a long neck! Carmen tells them she’s a ballerina, twirling on one long leg to demonstrate. When Boo blurts that she wants to be one, too, Carmen kindly gives them a ballet lesson. Bop and Boo try their best to match her graceful moves. But, it’s not easy with short bunny-legs, and they both end up on their bunny-butts. Maybe ballet isn’t for them. Eager to prove they can dance, Bop and Boo bunny-hop around their new friend. Carmen loves their unique style and tries to bunny-hop, too. But, bouncing like a pogo stick, she goes out of control and lands on her feathered butt. Maybe bunny-hops aren’t for her. In the end, the kids create a new dance, combining the moves they each do the best. The Bunnies add a simple arabesque to their bunny-hops. And Carmen adds tiny bunny-hops to her graceful twirls and leaps! The kids launch into a joyful Friendship Dance, showcasing their skills!
The dance ends to applause from Ma, Pa and the babies. The friends say goodbye, then Carmen hurries off to dance class, eager to show off her new bunny-hop moves! As they draw in their Bunny-albums, Bop and Boo admit that dancing like Carmen was hard. Pa says he’s proud they tried something different. And, Ma adds that the kids were all wonderful dancers - in their own way!
