Welcome to this guided hypnosis for sleep and sleep meditation experience, with spoken suggestions for relaxation accompanied with a soundscape of soothing background sleeping music.
Relax deeply as you learn how to let go of too much thinking and turn down the excessive noise of mind chatter when you are wanting to more easily drift away into sleep at your most relaxing bedtime.
This hypnotic session combines the gentle techniques of mindfulness meditation, self hypnosis, and guided visualization - to allow a more comfortable observation of thought habits and to relax the subconscious into learning deeper states of clarity, positive inner change, and blissful calm.
I hope you relax and enjoy this journey towards your positive self empowerment :)

If there's anything you need to talk about, I'll freely offer myself as somebody you can talk to if you'd want. 😊 I care about you even though I don't know you, and it takes sympathy (and possibly empathy) to care about somebody and what they're going through. I'm a little surprised the amount of people who deal with this and it makes me happy seeing them say these types of videos and audio helps them to finally find restful sleep 💜❤

  • From one tired nurse who has been dealing with anxiety, depression, insomnia, other chronic fatigue syndrome, abuse, nicotine dependence, an eating disorder, and migraines for years, thank you. I've spent my whole life panicked (hence my bad coping skills) without ever finding relief. I was hopeful to change that eventually but simply had not taken the initiative to. Well, yesterday after waking in the middle of the night with a moderate panic attack (often occurrence) I popped in my headphones and listened... and I slept... very well.. then stayed asleep. I don't sleep like that, I never had, but now I will finally be able to. So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you, truly.

    • Its something common, apparently, since they make this kind of videos for people like us. Just remember: maybe people who you'd wish cared about you just don't. Don't feel bad about it, or think that it's something to do with how you are. Just know that there's people out there that genuinely care for others, and even if you don't know them yet, you will eventually find them, and there's nothing wrong with that I struggled with similar stuff with my parents and friends, but believe me, you eventually find the people who matter

    • Things will pass and this too will pass and you will find peace if you let go and relax as good as you can. Accept that it might not be easy right now and say to yourself “it’s okay to feel this way and very normal. I trust my body and mind will adjust me to the best version of me and I will also start noticing the small positive things around me that I am grateful for. I believe good things come to me, no matter what.” One thing you can be sure of is that change will happen all the time, no matter what. So giving room for change and releasing you anxiety for change will set you free. Believing is the best start.

  • I’m truly impressed. I got Covid 11 months ago and have been dealing with post Covid syndrome ever since. One of the most insidious problems a large number of us Longhaulers deal with is the hellish combo of chronic fatigue AND chronic insomnia. I’ve never had serious or long lasting insomnia until this last year but can attest to just how miserable it makes you feel when nothing you try (melatonin, sleep aids, meditation, yoga etc.) breaks the cycle of going for days without very much sleep and then crashing only for the cycle to start over again. In desperation I decided to try hypnosis last night. It took one and part of a second time through for my brain to finally get the idea that it could shut down on its own. I had the best sleep in 11 months because it was the kind of sleep that I used to get before Covid-refreshing and restorative. Your sleep hypnosis program will be my new bedtime ritual. I can’t thank you enough.

I became so anxious of falling asleep knowing I'd wake up in agony a few hours later that I found it impossible to fall asleep at all. Even with out sleep the migraine would start just before 1 like clock work and be in full swing with in half an hour or so. I started listen to these videos to help me relax and sleep. I didn't fall asleep during this video, I reached the end and found my self so relaxed I could comfortably drift off. Too my amazement I awoke at 8 am with out any pain in the night feeling utterly blissful. This is a god send, and I hope people realise the many uses for guided meditation. Thank you so much for making it available to every one!

  • Update: I’ve slept four nights in a row for 9-10 hours each night. My brain is beginning to function normally again. What a novel sensation that has been! I was so excited about the results of using this program that after the second night I shared this and your other sleep videos with my online Covid support group because insomnia is the #1 problem that nearly every member of our group of over 3000 struggles with. The next morning I received many comments from group members rejoicing because they had just had their first decent night’s sleep since getting Covid. Please know that you have provided much needed relief to a large group of men, women and teens who had all but given up on the hope that they could get a decent night’s sleep once again. We bless your name.

That way I know it’ll turn itself off after 48 minutes, not run all night. I set the volume just loud enough to make out what he’s saying if I pay attention, but if I’m not paying attention to the words, the vocal tones (and strategically perfect silent pauses) lull me to sleep.

I carried on listening and I fell asleep. It is a miracle thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am so grateful for the peace this meditation has given me. Now I'm awake I feel so much calmer, yes not 100% but i think it will take more time listening to these meditations. But the improvement from me feeling on the verge to insanity to now is amazing. Thank you for doing these videos they truly are a life saver. ♥️

  • I have had the worst time with panic attacks in the past 2 months. Yesterday I couldn’t even finish mowing my lawn, I was crying and so embrarrassed, I had to go in and get my headphones and put you on. I am having trouble eating and loosing weight my nerves are so bad . I either can’t eat or get sick if I am not calm. I get so scared to go to sleep and suffer a lot right at bed time. My poor BF has been so supporting. My Panic attacks are so bad it is taking over my life. My Daughter just left home during this Virus and moved across the country. And I am having to renovate our country house to get ready for market and be away from my home in the city. My Dogs and your videos are the top things that are helping me . I appreciate all you do for people like me across the world. I literally listen to you with headphones while shopping in public too. I have social Issues as well. It freaks me out when people are in my personal space. ( OCD) . Thank you , Thank you for helping me and others what you do makes such a difference.

I tried a lot of things that my doctor recommended but nothing worked, he even prescribed me some strong sleeping pills and even that didn’t worked... i felt like i was going crazy!! I have listened to a lot of videos to try to calm me down at night but since a week this one seems to be the only one that work!! I dont want to jinx it but since a week i put that video on and i fall asleep in less than 10 minutes!! I dont what it is with this video but it really worked and i want to thank you so much for this!! I hope that it will keep working and eventually i would be able to sleep by my own! I’ve been in a 10 day insomnia loop kicked off by anxiety from a steroid medication used for a sinus infection and have been in a horrible state of no sleep and fear this may be my new way of life already. Fear of sleeping is something I have never had before. The fear of ongoing insomnia does your head in. This worker immediately- twice in a row. I did 1mg melatonin 2 hrs before bed, 4 Vitality CALM gummies throughout the day and then this and I slept 11 hours! It’s a miracle. I’m going to listen to all of these. Self hypnosis clearly seems to combat that inner talk.

  • I've always had trouble sleeping, and restless nights turn into depressive episodes, tired days, and a constant feeling of wasting away. This video, like a miracle, has let me sleep, and has granted me a greater sense of stability. Thank you.

  • I've tried so many sleep hypnosis videos where the person talks too slowly and it makes me extremely anxious. You speak slowly enough to be calming but not so slowly that it makes me anxious. It works really well. Thank you very much.

  • Okie I never really believed in stuff like this to actually work and help. With my anxiety lately I can’t shut my mind up long enough to fall asleep along with insomnia. This has been my 3rd video and every time I fall asleep like a baby. THANK YOU SO MUCH
