Thats actually very dangerous, and Wim said not to hold your breath while in the water! You could genuienly pass out and I'm pretty sure therr have been 3 deaths already just from this reason alone. This is a very serious and dangerous breathing technique, so please watch out and learn all the safety rules before doing it!
