@@Richard.Cabeza The DA and Mayor of Indianapolis are the first ones who let violent criminals back on the street or refuse to charge them in the first place. They have a track record of doing just that. If this hadn't been publicized on the news they probably would have attempted to charge the young man doing what needed to be done. Indiana is a red state; Indianapolis is NOT a red city.

I got arrested in Michigan for damn near the same thing. I will never help anyone , especially any government official ever again. Even if they are bleeding out.

It took 4 officers to restrain the perp after a single young lad, single handedly held him down for almost 10 minutes while having a few choice words with him.

The kid was almost certainly able to hold the perp down by using moves he learned in wrestling. To law enforcement "restraining" a perp means getting his or her hands cuffed behind their back WITHOUT doing serious physical harm to the perp. The probability that this good kid would have been able to do that by himself is very close to zero.
Probably were all DEI cops.
