LKC - Doble Baston Solo & Partner Drill

Developing the skill in welding double weapons could be tricky. This video highlights basic double stick solo and partner drills, both in offence and defence. This serves as an intro exercise to develop technique and foundation understanding in using double weapons.
The elements used in this drill is a mixture of concepts and principles from Lightning Scientific Arnis International (LSAI) as learned from Master Jon Escudero - Lightning Combatives and Bakbakan Kali from Kuya Reynaldo Galang.
