I always chose fergus because when you fought the brain mech that has Wyatt brain, he sounds remorseful and wants to be put down and plus fergus is a good companion
So does colossus change depending on who you choose in the new order?
I watched someone else recap of the game and Fergus was the one alive and he gets his arm cut off when they kill caroline

@@coltonw9359Sort of. Basically the decision changes whether or not you get the Dieselkraftwerk or the Elektrokraftwerk. If you save Wyatt you get the former, if you save Fergus you get the latter. It doesn't change anything about how you can complete the missions, anything that requires either one will have two ways of completing it, so that regardless of which you have you aren't locked out of anything. There's also a few dialogue changes, but that's it really

In Youngblood, in BJ's hideout, you see a picture of Fergus (1961 Fergus to be exact), proving that Wolfenstein Youngblood is happening in Fergus' timeline

I never grew up with the OG wolfenstein series it's even though I was way after it popped up because doom took over but I do know about BJ thanks to all of the recent stuff. And I gotta say the fact that his squad gave him a literal birthday party that is so wholesome despite the fact that hes been killing a bunch of nazis. Not to mention the narrative just feels a lot stronger despite being a first person shooter. I may want to make a first person shooter exception just for at least this part of the wolfenstein series because I'm not usually a big fan of that type of genre. If we do get a 3rd game let's hope it ends on a pretty good note for BJ because the boy deserves it even though he got a loving wife and 2 girls with him. Great job Donte and...... Damn the nazis went from technology to moon bases on the moon to summoning giant monsters to now parallel universes..... I swear if the 3rd game doesn't have BJ crossing paths with Og BJ then I'm gonna be like missed opportunity lol. But seriously great job!

The Wolfenstein series’s alternate history subject matter is the very definition of “Intriguing, But highly disturbing…”
The old blood is a strange sort of remake of "return to castle wolfenstein" though, the plot shares to many details with one another, its basicly just skipping the whole X labs and throws you right into the super soldiers, and changes the last boss from being the old dead king, to a "pet" of he's instead.

In the wolfenstein rpg blasko defeats a demon named something similar to "the harbringer of hell" and the demon says it will come back to kill one of his descendants and that descendant is exactly who you are thinking of and the demon was the cyberdemon

I noticed some similarities between BJ and Hitler. Both were raised in households with an abusive father and a mother who worried over them constantly and both were injured during a World War only to find out that their country had surrendered. Just an interesting thing I noticed. It might even be brought up in the next game

Dude, back in the early 90s I played the hell out of Wolfenstein and when Wolfenstein 3D came out on the 3DO it took over my 14 year old life until Doom was released on 3DO. That later moved over to Killing Time. I wish there were more videos on that one too

I really loved the part in oldblood when BJ kills the first supersoldat and says I remember you guys from the deathshead X labs I inftrated,which was a mission in return to castle wolfenstein but that also confuzes me,the creators are saying that its not a directly connected to previous games,but they still put that line in there,plus the fact that deathshead is your main target for most of rtcw and partly in Ws2009 and always manages to escape which really confuzes me but I still find it awesome

This Honest Gaming History suggestion is super niche but I'd love to see you go over the story of The Wizard from the game Wizard101. Despite the fact that each player of this game creates a custom character to represent themselves every player follows the same plot line of "The Wizard." The villains from "The Wizard's" plot line are all very interesting. The villains range from a necromancer trying to revive his dead wife to a primordial creation god who is the embodiment of darkness and chaos.
Fun Fact: Return to Deathshead’s Compound is on February 14th 1961, so it’s already 61 when the chapter starts

I just had a thought on just how real that Yichud tech is in this game, about how they got a lunar base on the moon in 1960. The first time we ever had something launched into outerspace was on October 4, 1957, specifically Sputnik 1 successfully being launched & entering Earth's elliptical low Earth orbit. It was a part of the Soviet Space program. On July 1st, 1969, at about 02:56 GMT, Armstrong became the first person to step onto the Moon, being joined by Aldrin 19 minutes after the fact. So... when you said that the Yichud technology be real, *you weren't kidding.* (Sorry if I had already brought this up & went full history nerd. Just the comparison of our tech at the time compared to their tech was shocking to me.)

I can see why you say that, but it really is a good game. The only thing they fucked up with was not giving us a game that lets you finish clearing out the American territories and let you finish clearing out the rest of the remnant Nazis out of the world and space. Make it helldivers different worlds mixed with wolfenstein open world. Then make the finale remnant Nazis go to a different timeline like ours and make BJ and his daughters have to go there and finish them off before they changed our world.

As much as I love Wolfestein, it pisses me off on how much emphasis it has on Hitler or fictional oberkommandants. It would have been way more interesting if Himmler took over after Hitler and came up with some other even more evil plans.
Nazi Germany was indoctrinated to be obsessed with Hitler, so it makes sense that he's such a massive focus for the empire.
The Doomguy is related to Bj, and it's crazy that Commander Keen is also related to them as well. Keen is Id's first or second game

I hope to see the series go into Commander Keen's timeline with Billy Blaze (William Joseph Blazkowicz II) with a rewritten story and somehow intergrate them both into the Doom timeline with Doomslayer (B.J Blazkowicz III).
