I saw in a cast/crew commentary for this episode that Anna Gunn is actually terrified of water and put her fears aside to film the pool scene. I’d say that’s more than worth it for her first Emmy
walter knows she’s not happy, but is blinded by the belief that he is providing for the family.
Max: I consider that "hush money." Walt: "Well...yeah" 😂 Don't know if you timed that on purpose, but that was perfect.

i love how shock walter was when jessie gave him that watch he felt like he was the only one who cared about his birthday beside jr.
I've only seen one reactor talk about this but I think the way they only show Skyler from behind in that last scene, and how her previous scene ended right after she said "for the cancer to come back" it's being subtly implied that she has a black eye. It would've been too much to actually show it, so they're just letting you think about it.
Crazy, I just finished the podcast episode for this one earlier today. It was Anna's first time on the show. And she does jokingly refer to the pool scene as her fugue state!

Walt is a genius. But sometimes that can work against you. All that extra brain horsepower can help you create castles in the sky. He's convinced himself he's in the right and everything is okay.
one thing about breaking bad that is very consistent is that every pool scene we never see anybody swimming. matches. BBQ. money. Flynn's vomitbandaid. dead man's blood .urine. El ladio.. Skylar anything else I missed.?

Hey! I just finished doing a binge watch of all your Breaking Bad reaction videos, found your channel after y'all put out 4x11's reaction and decided to start at the beginning. You guys are great! Love the reactions! Max is very perceptive of where the show is going to go as a first time watcher. Literally guessing plot points multiple episodes ahead of time, or even just minutes. Fun to see that happening over the course of the series. Jeremy, I hope your channel keeps on growing and growing, I feel like y'all are doing a great job so far and only see you going up! I really enjoy reaction channels that upload shows consistently, and you're pumping em out like crazy. Can't wait to continue BB / into El Camino & BCS. (Maybe consider Game of Thrones for your next series? A lot of channels boom after doing BB / GOT reactions from what i've seen) Best of luck guys!
This show keeps getting more and more interesting with each episode. Skyler doing what she can to get the kids out of the house and Jesse giving Walt a watch for his birthday is quite interesting, especially with how the two have been in the last few episodes. I love how Walt thinks that he’s helping to reassure Skylar, or gain her confidence, by telling her that someone had a *gun* pointed to his head at one point… but now is gifting him. 🤦🏾♀️🙄 Nice.

Never connected him wearing Heisenberg hat in front of son with taking more risk .. but that's a great point. Definitely shows how his arrogance and confidence has grown at this point

I really enjoy your reaction video but FYI- I am not getting notifications on new posts even though I am subscribed and opted to receive them. I receive instant notifications for other channels I subscribe to but I only see yours when I open KZhead.
Undo then redo your notification setting. That’s what I had to do when I noticed that several KZhead channels I follow, suddenly stop sending notifications- despite the fact that I hadn’t changed anything. I checked and my notification bell settings were changed. So weird. I think it’s something going on with KZhead, maybe a glitch. 🤷🏾♀️

Sky isn’t being held hostage, if everyone remembers she had a chance to get out back in season 3 Walt signed the divorce papers and all she had to do was file ,, But what she do , no hostage,,, and she didn’t throw that guy under the bus they came there looking for that guy
