  • That's so interesting! For the math nerds out there, here's an analogy for this entire video. Remember playing around with natural numbers for the first time? Sometimes they'd even have funky properties such as modular arithmetic, but all very handleable, manageable concepts. This video takes that, then chucks you straight in to abstract algebra. You'd literally need to rederive symmetries of Lie group theory in order to create methods to solve these. Super interesting to watch!

  • The one at 2:15 actually looks like a hypercube. It would be neat if the centers were set deeper than the others to accentuate this.

    • @@RowanFortierThis reply isn’t about solving the puzzles in this simulator but this will be about physical 4D puzzles. Will you and your hypercubing team try to not go bigger, nor smaller but making a hyperskewb, a face turning hyperoctahedron or even a 120-cell?

  • This emulator reminds me of an old one that TheMaoiSha showed years ago, it's called "Magic Polyhedra"... Nowadays it's very rare to find. It can be said that the video emulator is the improved version of Magic Polyhedra... Edit: Looking at the description of the simulator, it is the updated version of the one I was mentioning hahaha. MB

    • ksolve can generate algorithms for any kind of puzzle involving movable pieces which have permutation and orientation.
