  • I always like to look up the restaurants shown on Google to look at their reviews. Their chicken is described as more juicy and fresh than crispy like most are used to. Apparently they have amazing lemonade with different fresh fruit flavors like Blueberry, as well! Their mini pies also have great reviews and are an amazing addition to your meal. This place has great reviews and what looks to be great food!! I wish I lived in LA and could try this. I'm actually from Shreveport, where he said some of his family is from. We have a lot of great chicken here and a lot of bad chicken (KFC, Popeyes, etc.) too.

  • I used your techniques to fry up chicken thighs for dinner today & it came out amazing. I dry marinated the chicken over night, used cold filtered water for the batter & it was the best fried chicken I’ve had in a long time. I did use lard to fry the chicken & the spices were different than what you probably use but your way to fry chicken is now My go-to method. How well does this work for frying pork chops?
