    @tbag6181@tbag61812 жыл бұрын
    • Absolutely this will help you on your path to bigger arms. The most important thing you can remember is to continue to change up the exercises you’re doing, how you do them, the amount of weight you’re using and the amount of reps you are doing in the workout. The body is an adaption machine so you need to get good at changing things up every 4 to 8 weeks and not letting yourself get comfortable.

      @Criticalbench@Criticalbench2 жыл бұрын
    • @@Criticalbench thanks for the awesome advice and super quick response. Yes I plan to do this for 8 weeks, slowly going up In reps. Then I will move over and do your session on dumbbells..

  • Can i substitute these exercises with dumbbells? I don’t owe a barbell. Will they be just as effective with dumbbells?

    @moesnuts@moesnuts3 жыл бұрын
    • Hi, good question! Both dumbbells and barbells allow for a wide range of exercises. A barbell is more suitable for heavy compound lifts, while dumbbells make it easier to isolate specific muscles. In general, YOU CAN USE dumbbells for MOST exercises that would otherwise require a barbell. Good luck! Update us on your progress!

      @Criticalbench@Criticalbench3 жыл бұрын
  • Do you ever barbell curl more weight? I know you're more focused on hypertrophy, but being so huge I would expect to see you doing more than 95 on those top sets. Surely you can rip out some big numbers on those.

    @durriyajoozer5917@durriyajoozer5917 Жыл бұрын
    • Your weight is relatively insignificant. To make gains you need to select a weight that is difficult and brings you as close to failure as you're comfortable with.

    @AK-ix6xg@AK-ix6xg12 күн бұрын
    • 2-3 times a week, best to gauge how you feel from day to day basis and how sore you feel, recovery/rest is key for rebuilding dense muscle
