Heartbreaking! Puppy Abandoned Due to Rotted Body

Two pitiful puppies were found in the garbage dump. Surprisingly, one of them had rotting sores all over its body, perhaps why it was abandoned by its owner in the garbage dump. Worried about their survival, I decided to adopt them.
