Thank you for this last episode before Hyungwon enlists. The concept was very charming and heartwarming. Showing idols in down time. I'm glad Hyungwon got to do this. The show was a gift for Mbb. As a foreigner I appreciated the different locations and scenery it was like visiting South Korea 🇰🇷❤❤❤

I love the heartfelt conversation at the end. Usually in MX, HW is the quieter, and so is XM in EXO. It’s nice to see different dynamics of themselves in this show. As an EXOL and MBB, i was just plain happy to see these 2 together in 1 show but i got more than i had expected. Great ep!

I'm so happy that my Minseok can show his true self a lot in this show. Being the most mature in EXO is not easy, i always feel like he has many things to express but he tries to conceal not to make his brothers worried. I think Hyung won is right, we love to see Xiumin as how you are, we love you so we love everything about you 💗 thank you hyungwon for such a meaningful show
Hopefully, fans stop calling him a fairy and stop insisting he act according to that concept, that way he will be able to show his true self as he wants without the burden of thinking if fans will support him or like him anymore (completely valid when fans weren't supportive all the previous times he said he didn't want that image anymore) and he will have ownership about how he present himself since SM always has promoted Xiumin accord with what fans want. It must be terrifying to show yourself in a different way than people expect from you without knowing if they will be with you or just go away but spend more than 10 years portraying an image you don't feel represented as a person, it must be really tired.
@@ingrid6295 hmmm i don't realize that fans want him to portray a fairy image so extremely. That may not be the reason why he has a lot of hidden confessions. He still works out and have a muscular body unlike a fairy so don't worry too much about that. What I really concern is that he has self-dou bt, he thinks that he is not charismatic, no special traits or talents... I don't rmb when i read these but my heart aches. I just want him to know we love him even from the smallest things
@@chensmiles Being a Fairy has nothing to do with having a muscular body. Otherwise, Xiumin will never be one to begin with since that nickname was used around 2016, and he was built at that time. It started as a compliment because he has fairytale looks, but SM created a concept and mixed it with the "cute-chidlike" concept they used to promote Xiumin before. The fairy concept, it's that, a concept and has to do with the way he presents himself and with his brand (fanservice, styling, activities, etc) and that's why is so important because it has a direct impact in his carrer. Fans were really pushing when he said he didn't want to do that concept anymore, they complained, said he has to keep that character, that he always will be a fairy, refuses to stop calling that, etc. After that reaction, during his next activities they promoted him as a fairy, even in magazines and tv shows, things that they never did before and that nickname is quite old. He has no hidden comments here, he is explicitly saying that Minseok and Xiumin are different (not the first time saying that) and that he wants to close the gap between his real persona and idol character, he explicitly said that he changed but fans still seeing his as a Fairy. If he doesn't feel a fairy concept represents him and wants to show a more real side of himself, how will he do that if everyone insists that's what he should be? Being yourself it's always a bust of confidence, it's easier to be who you are than trying to be somebody else. It has an impact in his carrer and as a person as well. About his confidence, don't worry too much about it. His confidence and self esteem seems just fine, he has never said he doesn't have talents pretty much the opposite, he has said that he likes to be a singer because he is good at it, that every gender/concept suit him, that he is a good performer, that he is good looking and even with his first movie he said it was easy. He is insecure about certain things as other members or any person really. I suppose you are talking about the interview whe he said he didn't have a position but the thing is he really don't have one, he is everywhere and nowhere at the same time, it's the only member without a main position and that was what he was referring to, Luhan even teased him for it during their promotions and he started to said silly things as he was in charge of be the oldest, of the sweet or things like that but he knows he is talented and capable, he has said so and showed it.

This is indeed a beautiful episode. Another side of Xiumin that I absolutely adore and am proud of. I loved the deep conversations that they had. Especially, I'm thankful to Hyungwon for the beautiful words said to Xiumin. I had tears in my eyes for the kind words that were what we fans always wanted to tell him. Indeed, we fans love the cute Xiumin as well as the serious Minseok. We love everything about him and we only look forward to watching more of his various sides in the future. I only hope Xiumin reminds himself that fans love him and that he should live how he wants to. Not just that, this episode also changed my perspective about Hyungwon. He's a sincere person and he felt very genuine. The ability to relate and listen is something sincere. I wish him good luck and a safe enlistment.
But fans didn't support Xiumin when he said he wanted to go away from the fairy concept , fans still calling him fairy and pushing that image, fans, members, SM, people expect him to be cute, act in a specific way, and almost exclusively promote him or speak about him being cute, when he debuted he didn't like to do aegyo but got used to it because everyone asked to do it (he said on interviews), the first time that Xiumin said he didn't want to be a Fairy anymore, the fans either whined and told he always will be a fairy and he shouldn't change his image or just made jokes about it and didn't take him seriously and SM started to promote the fairy image way more than previous years. I'm really glad you support him and want to see different sides of him in the future but tbh most of the fandom has shown to be "supportive" just when he acts in the way they expect him to.

As a Monbebe and EXO-L with Xiumin as bias, I am so happy seeing these 2 together. It appears they get together more often that we think and I love that. Minseok giving Hyungwon advice for his enlistment and Hyungwon telling Minseok exactly that we as fans love and accept him for who he is😭. These opposites are a great pair. I can tell that their relationship will do them good 🥺💕.

What a perfect view into our Xiumin. I love that he was given so many chances to talk and to reflect as well as to give advice to Hyungwon. It's so rare that we get a show which focuses on this side of him and it's evident how much he likes, trusts and respects Hyungwon and I can absolutely see why. Such a wonderful, complete look at Xiumin and it's so touching to me that he shared with Hyungwon and us his struggle to find himself about Xiumin and Kim Minseok, before and after the military. I hope that us as fans can receive all of what Kim Minseok is trying to show of Xiumin in his next album, that we can include but also move beyond the fairy qualities. Xiumin, than you for being so generous with your fans,
I'm so relieved to read this comment... Fans refuse to recognize facets or traits of Xiumin that don't fit into the box they created for him (fairy, cute, childlike, etc), no matter what he does or the way he presents himself. I hope that with the new company, he can do what he wants and not what others expect.

Just finished watching this episode. This is the first time that Hyungwon had a guest who is older than him and the situation seems really warm as the temperature in the flower steamed room ㅋㅋㅋ. The way Xiumin님 taking a good care of Hyungwon made me happy to see them together. I feel so thankful that Hyungwon got his kind and adorable friends around him. It was really soothing and I hope elsas/fairies to do better in the future thanks to this video. Xiumin had said he wanted to get away from the fairy concept but the fans still see him as a fairy (and insist he keep acting like one) even though he is trying to show himself as he is, not Xiumin but as Minseok and he changed and doesn't feel represented as a Fairy anymore. Xiumin loves his fans too much and even though he doesn't like something he goes along just for the fans, we should be less selfish and stop calling him fairy and pushing him to fit himself in that box just because we like it, he is a person and having Xiumin and Minseok separated affected his mental health in the past (he was lost and felt as an empty shell), the less we can do is make easier his efforts to make the gap within his real persona and idol image.
마지막 형원이 그 물아일체되신 성동일님 같은ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 찜질방 좋아하지 않지만 형원이를 위해 그 숨막히는 더위를 참아주신 시우민님께 큰 감사를 드립니다 형원이가 온/오프 모드가 다 멋있는 분이라고 하는거보니 시우민님 진짜 좋은 분이실거 같아요
