I really wish they'd include links to where you can buy these things or buy the plans for them. I really like the multi-function desk at 2:00.
It would be nice if some of these designers would also consider making more things accessible to people that have limited mobility,and not just those that are able bodied. It was so heartwarming to see that bed!

Замечательные идеи. Еще в 1988 году муж сделал откидной стол на кухне т.к. очень маленькая кухня была. Когда столешницу поднимаешь к стене то ножки служили ввиде рамки для картины и на нижней стороне стола был рисунок и в действительности выглядело картиной. Коридор тоже небольшой был так дверь в ванную комнату тоже сделал резную и складную,как в самолете. А входная дверь в квартиру просто шедевр, тоже резная. Сейчас ролик посмотрела и вспомнилось наше жилье уютное. Коридор выложил камнем(благо река Душанбинка рядом) потом покрыл лаком, а камень заиграл разными окрасками после лака. И проемы между комнатой и лоджией были убраны и приспособлены как дополнительный элемент мебели.

That hospital bed needs to be in EVERY HOSPITAL & CARE CENTER!! I wish it had been available for my Mom. It would've made caring for her so much easier. She'll be gone a year in January.

If Home Depot and Lowes bought the plans from the designers and made them available to the public, many many people could enjoy the ingenious concepts in real life, not just imagine it on KZhead.
You can just walk up to a carpenter of your choice and let him/her build the furniture. A little bit more expensive, but on the other hand made of great quality materials and will last your whole life (and probably that of your children too - so you're creating some individual heritage too)
This stuff looks cheap. You'd be better off having a private guy build it for you.

The bed for the bedridden and the water to fill up the heavy pots are my favorite and to know in the next generation it will be more common for more people to afford. That bed will help many and it would definitely help me with bone cancer.
The pot fillers are not all that uncommon. They sell them at all the big box stores. It's easier to install when building the house, but all it takes is a cold water line run up the wall.

New innovation? I’m 76 years old and my grandmother’s house had a laundry chute. Nothing new there, but nice to see the chutes might be coming back…😊
Many jurisdictions have fire codes banning laundry chutes because an opening between floor can massively accelerate how fast a fire can consume a house

My grandmother threatened us with dire consequences if we sent my little brother down the chute. I thought that’s why chutes had disappeared. We never did send Jimmy down her chute. дада... на видео это все впечатляет. на то и рассчитано. чтобы купили. а потом все это сломается и износится и попробуй починить или заменить детали. вот например застряла нить в челночном устройстве промышленной швейной машине. вызов мастера 3000р!!!!! просто достать нить!!! а застревать она может сколько угодно. это слабое место у машин. и все эти механизмы у мебели все стёсываются очень быстро.
I grew up at time when houses were built with laundry shutes. When we were looking at houses a couple years ago, my son and daughter-in-law thought I was weird for getting excited about houses that had one especially newer houses. Laundry shutes are the best!

А вот там есть диван, превращающийся в полноценную кровать, так у нас диван с такой точно конструкцией!!! Только у нас ещё и боковые стороны являются ЯЩИКАМИ! Просто верхняя поверхность сделана как крышка на петлях. И абсолютно все ёмкости задействованы. Там вместилось очень много чего!!! В нашей маленькой квартире без подсобных помещений, отличное решение!!! А сделали этот замечательный диван у нас в Казахстане! В городе Павлодар. В основе натуральные деревянные доски, не дсп, не металл. И И служит этот диван почти 15 лет при активном использовании.
