Just replaced my first set of bands after a fair bit of use, this video came in handy again cheers bud and good to meet you at the shooting show, hope you managed to get some shoot permissions sorted.

No, it’s not as easy as it sounds. Some guys do shoot these pinch grip though.

First thing you need to do is get the length of your bands right to suit your arm length

That’s only really helpful if you know the stretch ratio of the band the viewer is using, which can vary from 4.5 : 1 - 6.5 : 1, depending on the taper, ammo size, brand, blend, thickness, and ambient temperature. This is just a quick video to show beginners how to tie bands on.
