The tool kit includes a total of 3 long screws and 8 short screws. In actual use, only 2 long screws and 6 short screws are needed. The extras are provided as spares in case users misplace screws. Of these 2 long screws, one is used in each of the upper screw holes on the bottom, while all other locations use short screws.

I think you meant pin which goes through arm for two caster size wheels , through the frame of the treadmill near the end that raises and lowers. There are three holes in the arms One for each incline setting.
