You really should try and get a divorce, I know that it really won’t change anything in your day-to-day life, but for taxs and potentially legal problems, I think you would be safer. What if he goes and racks up a ton of credit card debt or something? If you’re still married, they can come after you.
She's not 'prioritizing' getting divorced because of her untreated personality disorder.
something about not divorcing is if, in the future, andrew ends up owing child support, they can come after your assets if he isn't paying. you're still legally tied to his choices.
The only thing with not divorcing you can still be liable for any of his future debt without a legal separation. Just looking out for you.

So many positive things I noticed in this video. You pushed back an appropriate amount against those who challenge you on things or try to make you feel some sort of way. People don't realize how HUGE that is for people with BPD. A lot of BPD is having no self-identity and relying on going along with the group norm for validation. Being able to say "I am Cindy, and this is what Cindy believes in" is earth shattering for someone with BPD. It is usually "I am sorry, tell me who I am and how I should behave." because we don't really have a sense of who we are. I LOVE this! Especially when you joked with the person about updating the clock on your microwave. That is exactly how you should handle criticism. Take something that would normally hurt you, and turn it into the joke that it is.

A spending fund is IMPORTANT, especially for impulsive personalities. I have OCD and have lots of impulses. I give myself $150 a MONTH to spend. Once that's gone, it's gone.

Question: I assume carnivore diet also includes fish, but I don't think we've ever seen you eating it. Is it personal preference or maybe because fish can be pricey? Salmon and trout for example include a lot of healthy fats while also tasting quite good. It could help with having a more balanced diet while still eating carnivore.

Question for Cindy!! I’ve been going through a breakup of a 7 year relationship where we lived together, and now I’m moving back home to start over and start back at school. My question is about the animal book! What does seeing raccoons a bunch mean? Does it change meanings when it’s roadkill similar to a flipped tarot? Question: I would love to hear more about which podcasts you like to listen to/what type of podcasts you prefer. I tend to be sporadic in my podcast listening but I prefer fiction (occasionally true crime but the way some people sensationalize the cases pisses me off). As above so below bb 💫 Edit: sorry for the repeat hair question, I forgot to include the spiro part the first time. I've taken spiro but due to negative sides I prefer to refrain from use if possible. I'm looking into topical DHT blockers because I want to mitigate any imbalances meds like spiro can cause when taken orally (for me). I've never tried minoxidil, but I too have heard the minoxidil on its own can be effective. Sounds to me like your hair is a testament to this, but I'm not sure. Let me know any further thoughts? I'm looking forward to the hair routine vid if and when you make it.

Thank you for reading out the tenets I love them and listen to them every day. 🖤 Your thoughts about the universe, and all of us being little pieces of god, are so good. I’m a non (no religion) but those tenets are just so pure and simple and cover all the basics, that I love them. Your music section changed my life too, mostly bc I realized that I haven’t heard almost any of your loves but I still relate SO MUCH to your journey. And it kind of woke me up lol I’ve just been crying a lot today. I feel so trapped and lonely in my life... but I wasn’t admitting it to myself and for some reason that little music section was like the universe saying hey it’s okay to be a person. I don’t know what to do to fix my life bc to other people it probably seems great. Arranged marriage... I’m just so lonely and sad. And it’s made me act dumb online a few times. And I feel like my chance at happiness and freedom is over it’s been wasted on the wrong guy. I'm going to be fully transparent in saying this, but I was one of those who was questioning your decision to go out on a date because I felt it was too early. That's coming from someone who doesn't have BPD but does have abandonment issues and who was under the impression that I should isolate and heal myself first before getting into more relationships. But you've honestly made me rethink that and realize how flawed I was in thinking that about you and myself. So thank you for sharing your perspective and letting me see the other side and I'm sorry for feeling apprehensive on my side because even if I didn't comment my thoughts, you don't deserve that energy coming your way. I hope the best for you on your continued healing journey! P.S. As a vegan, we do take supplements to make sure we have everything we need but also recognize that some of us (like myself) have felt great on this diet. This diet helped me cut out everything that was causing me digestive issues and helped get rid of my chronic migraines. Diets are such a personal thing that doesn't fit every person, this worked for me and the carnivore diet worked for you. So I'm glad to hear you're having success on your end as well!

In fact most people can enjoy alochol in moderation without it becoming full blown alcoholism. Having a drink or two wont make you drunk (you are even allowed to drive). 19:45 I am right there with you 100% Cindy. A vegan diet is not healthy for anyone. I'm a carnivore dieter myself. I also tried a vegetarian diet for like two years and only got me fatter and sicker. I also have PCOS and a carnivore diet is the best diet I've followed so far.
