Use the shredder to do violent experiments to test the pressure-bearing capacity of objects and their quality! Very interesting and fun experiment!
I was a railroader for 40 years. I knew that shredder met its match. Track Is one of the toughest things on this planet
Your right, I seen a piece of rail on a steel work bench in a repair shop, they used it as the shop anvil. That piece of rail took a beating and it stayed solid.

You were a railroader for 40 years?? You must have never handled rail. This video is so fake, a piece of rail even this small is far too heavy to handle with just one hand the way this guy did in the video.
@@yellowtrain3161 it's not original broad gauge rail... May be it's narrow gauge... But i don' think it's fake
Not surprised that shredder didn't stand a chance. Rails have some of the highest grade steel in them. The process for welding them together is insane.

Imagine if the operator nipped his finger in between the cogs as he was throwing stiff in. does he realise it would just keep sucking and dragging him in unless someone turned it off?

I agree with you mate. Investment is also a bridge to sustaining your financial longevity. And not just any investment but an investment with assured return because there are investment that has no gives no profit.
Most failures and loss on Investment usually happens when you invest without proper guide, assistance and clear analysis of the profit and risk percentage of the Investment.
So how do you get your proper guide and the analysis you mentioned? Because I have incurred huge losses while investing by myself
it's best to have an investment manager* who has well acquainted knowledge about Investment, to help you earn from your Investment on your behalf while you oversee the Investment growth, having hundred percent access to your portfolio.

Holy Moly! That thing can shred a metal bowl - and a piece of plywood - and even a whole truck! (a toy, plastic one). Is there anything it can't shred? Ah, OK - a piece of train track.
There are bigger shredders aimed for recycling.
@@imnotbeluga007 Big enough to shred a piece of railway line? If they had shown one of those shredders on the video, they wouldn't have needed to use a fraudulent, click-bait thumbnail picture.
I am always amazed and impressed that there are people out there who somehow have more free time than I do.
Here’s a twist. This person isn’t free at all and is imprisoned to make these videos for our entertainment. That would be funny in a sick twisted way.

This isn’t free time this is his grind
I wouldn't expect a rail which will supports over 125 tons of diesel locomotives and heavily loaded freight cars over 20 times a day to get eaten like that other stuff. Clearly beyond the limit of this shredder.
Nevermind that, for some reason, I think rail tracks are bigger, wider and heavier. But for some reason this person grabs it like its nothing. I think that what he is putting in there is probably a rail track from a smaller vehicle. Maybe from an amusement park?
Yep. I'm betting that if the rail got fed into the shredder enough times, the smaller surviving chunk of rail would eventually reach a stalemate with the shredder because the teeth would be too wrecked to do any further damage. It wouldn't be worth it to take it that far.
vous êtes hors sujet mon cher ami!!!!
That is not freight train rail. He wouldn’t be able to pick it up or move it like that. Cool video though.
I thought it was made of aluminum at first. Because he was moving it around way to fast and easy one handed. I have steel i-beams I do random projects with that are skinner than that in various lengths, they are heavy as hell.

Most of the shredders like the one you mention and that are used by autorecyclers are of a different design. They rotate sets of free hanging hammers (each hammer usually weighing 400 - 1250 lbs) that are fastened at their inner end to heavy round plates that spin at least several hundred times a minute. There's one of these, a rotary hammermill, at a steel/slag dump on lake Michigan with a set of 2200 lb hammers. Imagine those hammers spinning in a 10 ft diameter circle several hundred times a minute?
