Mobilizing and stretching in the pool using a noodle next to the wall.
Improve your flexibility, relax your body and mind... relieve back pain and enjoy the calming effect of the water... You'll end up this session feeling more lubricated in the joints, relaxed and calm...

Water temperature should be on the higher range, between 87-90 degrees Fahrenheit. Or warm enough for you without feeling cold/chilled.
You will need to have the option of holding on to something next to the wall (ladder, ledge, barre, etc.)

    • Hi Selina, yes for the first part where your feet against the wall. But for the stretches with feet on the bottom, its better in more shallow water about waist to chest level.
