Water temperature should be on the higher range, between 87-90 degrees Fahrenheit. Or warm enough for you without feeling cold/chilled.
You will need to have the option of holding on to something next to the wall (ladder, ledge, barre, etc.)

Can all these stretches be possible done in deep water?
Hi Selina, yes for the first part where your feet against the wall. But for the stretches with feet on the bottom, its better in more shallow water about waist to chest level.
