It was black clubs all over Fort Worth back then, even in Como, and no one really had to worry about anything. You could even buy food from the clubs back then.

Why can you roam as so-called free but after SLAVERY even Jim Crow proved, LOITERING LAWS PROVED, trespassing proved, policing proved, heck the laws today proved when you could get any job, go to any school, drink from a good fountain, write any laws they'll accept, enter any store and not be followed, carry weapons and not have policed drawing weapons as you walk past minding yo business, and even get reparations---then liberty has been established for you like it was them. #withlibertyandjusticeforall

    • Pops was speaking on behalf of him dead beats when he said that.. He shoulda never said the black man.. Everyone ain’t like the old heads these days most blacks are actually in there kids life.. I understood the message but it can be misunderstood as well.. Black female is a dangerous mf an super cancerous as well.. Not because her baby daddy.. I seen Sista’s in the hood not want a good man at all.. They admire the “gangstas”.. They call good men squares etc.. So pops was speaking based on his guilt but don’t sign up black males as the soul reasoning to these females behaving like trash these days.. Hell Naw! Sista’s can change the Entire race by them selves with there vagina.. They keep giving these bums P.. They keep shacking up with losers..

  • In the words of the great Tupac Shakur and the sentiment of Pops. "Time to heal our women, be real to our women And if we don't, we'll have a race of babies That will hate the ladies that make the babies" I appreciate Pops being honest and admitted that he's a deadbeat dad. Approximately 70% of black children are raised by single mothers. Pops said his father wasn't around and he was raised in the 50s and 60s. Single black mothers has been roughing it since they walked off the plantation.

Whether you’re black or white everyone has the same opportunities in this country today. Perfect example is Mr. Charleston White has more moneythan any white person I personally know. So if racism is alive, and the white man is so bad, how are they all these rich Black people in America today? This is poison to the young black youth in America’s ears.
