Chii is a self-taught Vietnamese artist currently based in San Francisco. Benji was a stray cat found in Southern California and rescued by Wonder Cat Rescue. He enjoyed a cozy stay at KitTea Cat Cafe before finding his forever home in San Francisco in July 2019. Benji passed away from brain cancer in September 2021 but his memories will always live on. Sammy was among 11 kittens found near a dumpster, half of which, including him, suffered from a severe eye infection. He became a one-eyed kitty, traveled across the globe from Kazakhstan to California, and joined our family in March 2022.

i stopped wearing makeup after quarantine came and recently ive been wanting to get back into it, but at the same time, i enjoy that i no longer worry as much about what my face looks like and if people can see my acne. no longer wearing base makeup has really healed me and helped me love my face the way it is. but at the same time, i miss playing with makeup!! so this tutorial was perfect - playing with color and feeling cute without worrying about drowning my skin under layers of foundation and powder. thank you for sharing! im so glad i found ur channel :3
Thanks for sharing! I'm glad you are comfortable in your skin 💓 In mid 20s I was so insecure about adult acnes and the more I tried to hide it with makeup, the more it backfired. Now that I'm 30, my skin seems healthier even though I'm older but I also don't freak out when my rosacea flares up anymore. It helps with my confidence a ton and confidence became my reason for wearing any degree of makeup - from barefaced to a special occasion getup. My motto is as long as the routine serves to empower me, it works. So, I don't follow a certain aesthetic and just do what I feel is flattering on myself ☺️
@@benjisammykitties yess i was the same when i was younger too! i felt like my face had to look like a mannequin's or else i was doing makeup wrong. but now that im older (25), im a lot more comfortable with myself. not long after i saw your video, i decided to mess around with a color correcting palette i got a few years ago out of curiosity and i was SO surprised by how unsettling it felt to see my imperfections covered. at the same time, it felt so empowering to realize how much i prefer my bareface now compared to when i was younger! makeup becomes so much fun when thr pressure of looking a certain way or meeting a standard is gone, and i enjoy it a lot more now than i did back when i was doing more elaborate looks 🐱

the prerequisite for this simple skincare routine is to have a perfect skin like you~ so envy your skin tone and the skin under eyes-- no fine lines, no dark circles~ I wonder if your sunscreen is good enough to hide the pores. 🤔
Aww my skin is not perfect but the camera is kind sometimes ☺☺ This is a silicone-free sunscreen so it doesn't have the filter effect of a matte sunscreen with silicone. I opted for silicone-free because I don't like the filmy, velvety feel and just want a sunscreen that feels like a moisturizer but also protects my skin.

Silicone in skincare is the ingredients ending in -cone or -xane. I usually ctrl+F/cmd+F to look for them in products. ^^
