I am so happy that slowly buying local is normalized in the Philippines. Noon kasi parang frowned upon yang pagbili ng local, noon tataasan ka ng kilay kapag sinabing local at hahangaan or kaiinggitan kapag imported mga gamit mo. I am so glad we are being exposed to more and more locally produced products!!

Grew up in Antique but have not returned to the province... after 50 years na pala :) The place is a paradise for me but then my dad have to move to the highly urbanized city of Iligan in Mindanao where I am now. One day, I am going to visit the place where I spent my childhood days :) Thanks, Alex G and Congresswoman Loren Legarda for featuring Antique which was never been done before. Antique is really lucky to have a leaders that promote and help their economic and culture. We, in our province (somewhere in mindanao) have a lot of waving and cultural products but leaders didn't promote it, some rich people will buy to some wavers with lesser price but sold it in higher price in consumer
