Park Model Homes presents the Kropf Ind 6243 Front Fireplace Park Model. This unit is 399 sq. ft and is titled as an RV. This doesn't count the upstairs loft that comes out to about 140 sq. ft. of additional space! This house will come fully loaded with everything you could possibly need for a home away from home. Excellent , well thought out. Bathroom window check, washer dryer check, and kitchen good space. The only item I would change are the windows in the living room. Too many windows. I would change to open hopper transit window s up on top to get air flow. That’s my personal preference, but excellent well thought out.
I would have a sm. Woodstove. And a walk in tub. Great layout and I would love it.
The heater is right in the middle of the floor in the living room, and you need to change the couch to the other side. The windows on that side look like they are made for the couch to be there.
Would love to see built-ins around the fireplace for storage

@PARKMODELHOMESNATIONWIDE What is a four stair propane furnace and what makes it different than one to three stair or any other furnaces that are typically used in tiny houses?

This is a wonderfully built home, just wonderful. Still though, paying $387,000 is way to much.
This house is only 109k delivered. Where did you get 387k from?

I love the kitchen, bathroom and layout of the living area with the fireplace on the end. The loft is perfect! One question, whats the black square on the closet wall in the bedroom? It looks like s small fireplace. 🤷♀️ If thats what it is, I love it!
That is an electric fireplace. :)

12 by 35 is the dimensions of almost all park models. Hope that helps.
@@PARKMODELHOMESNATIONWIDE 12×35 is 420 square feet which goes over the 399 limit. I must be missing something about how square footage is counted in a park model. How is it still under 400 square feet? Thanks.
Box with is 11'2" by roughly 34-36ft. Travel width with eves is 12ft. None of my houses exceed 399 sq ft they are all certified ANSI A119.5 RVIA Park Models. @parkmodelhomesnationwide is it legal to set one of these up in a backyard as a MIL suite? Could I hook it into existing utilities at my house?
Wish the shower faucet and head was on the other end of the shower. It seems a little backwards getting into the shower.
The reason why its there is so you can get to the plumbing if you ever need to repair it. If it was on the other side you would have to take off siding to get to the plumbing.
what is the standard price
I like everything about this house except the heating vent in the middle of the floor,. You ever step on one bare foot? Hurts like hell!

He never, ever gives any idea to price ranges on any models he covers. Plenty of other builders on KZhead that give tours and then an estimated price range. It's not that hard.
Paying $387,000 means the cost is to much.

@@heatray1 I guess not, Park Model Homes just stated it is $109,000 delivered, that is a good deal.
Really dislike the black fireplace accent. I also have to say having a heating vent in the middle of the living room floor is not very asthetically pleasing.
It can be customized.

Would rather have sliding doors on the closet, so that I can access the middle of it. You didn't say what that was on the lower part between the closet doors, is that a fireplace? Why not put it under the TV? I would just want to put my free-standing queen size adjustable bed, for a little more room around the sides of the bed and the wall. I would also put at least a 55" TV in the bedroom. Also, there are sliding doors that have blinds built in and you can get a screen door but love the sliding door as it doesn't have an in or out swing, which saves space and have a screen too. I would want all electric appliances, and not have to deal with propane or gas. I have heard too many horror stories of gas leaks. I just recently heard of a student dying of carbon monoxide poisoning in a student dorm in a college on the west coast. I prefer the electric range with Induction over gas, and much safer as the only part that is hot is under the cookware. No flames either. No mention of how wide the fridge is. Or if you can fit a 30" wide Fridge. I do love the size of that loft, and that it has carpeting, and the storage area, could put holiday decor in there when not in use. Do like all the cabinets in the kitchen, on the kitchen side of the bar, is there space for a 24" dishwasher? Would love to put the 27" LG Wash Tower, the hinge is on the left side for both, and the controls are in the middle, which is perfect for people who are height deprived, and they can handle a full load. Does that electric fireplace in the living room have various colors, and the crystals come in various colors? Love that it is electric, just turn it on and it is on, no flu, wood, or cleaning up. I love those more than a wood burning fireplace.
