  • Im Filipino, my grandma do this, shes still alive until now at the age of 80. Shes always busy every day going to church and doing household chores. No major complications on her body thankfully, shes still smiling happily. Shes able to walk from our house to our church which is really far. Im not saying that you should imitate this, the point is you wont die beacuse of it. For me i won't do it, beacuse i think my grandma is more healthy than i am. No thanks, the key for long life is eat healthy and exercise.

  • Its not plastic. In some parts of china people use glutinous rice paper as a packaging so they can put the whole thing in instead of pouring (especially if it has water content which can cause the oil to splatter which is dangerous) so its not toxic its completely edible
