  • Lots of cosplay clones I see the armor to be too bulky or simply disproportionate. You got your suit spot on! It looks amazing, as if it were off the set of ROTS!

    • Thanks! I based it off of the clone wars tv show version of the phase 2 armor so a lot of it might look different from the live action movie. But I'm happy with this style. :)

  • This is my motivation for getting rid of all my extra weight. Because the armor wont fit, and will rub against itself with my thighs how they are. I'm starting an alteration soon that will fit my body type but its still not the same.

    • Thanks! I did use magnates, a lot actually. I used neodymium magnets because they're much stronger than normal ones, but they can be kinda dangerous I found lol.

  • Hey im making my first ever cosplay (captain rex p2) and I was wondering if you could link all the straps you used to keep the armor from falling. Also what did you use to make it look worn

    • I bought the straps in a store so I don't remember the brand, but you can just look up "black elastic straps" on amazon and find plenty of equally good ones. I also just glued on some buckles and velcro to make it easier to put on. I brushed some black paint along the edges and smudged it on in some areas to get the weathered look.   • I’m going to make this suit for myself. I want to cosplay as Fives, so I’ll have to do a bit of modification to make it an ARC Trooper outfit along with a lot of painting. I just hope mine will turn out half as good as yours. Thanks for the templates.
