you CAN control volume on the Liberty 4NC. The thing is that it comes by default with 1 tap: play-pause, 2 taps: skip track , 3 taps: ?, hold: ANC on/off. The first thing I did with the app was add Volume control with 1 tap
How do you not have more viewers? This is high quality stuff
Thank you for your feedback. Really appreciate it! Perhaps in good time!
Bring these on Saturday please, have been looking at these on Amazon and would love to hear them before deciding 👍
Thanks for the review. I watched a dozen of videos about the liberty 4 and none mentioned they have a physical button which I prefer. So I bought them and we will see. I think it's more about adjusting to the position of the button. Sound Quality trumps all after all.
Glad I could help. Yes the sound on the Liberty 4 is the superior. Thanks for commenting
So do you like them?
@@kavishkagalllellayeah i bought them they are better than touch controls and they sound great
@@josephkhairallah9468 Thanks for the reply. I also bought a pair, sounds great, quality great. Only problem is my right bud falling off sometimes.
@kavishkagalllella I like them both that said if you brought the ncs I believe you will still be happy they are just not duel drivers which they get away with. 1more evos are absolutely all. And these often go for around 79.99
I was thinking about grabbing the 4 but you're the third reviewer I've seen that has complained about that physical switch. I was hoping that the dual drivers on the 4 would create a far more immersive sound experience but that doesn't seem to be the case. I think I'll just go with the 4NC. Great review.
Thank you so much. I would still recommend the liberty 4 but let me know your experience
How are you liking the sound quality of the ncs
@@suprxmefire9497 They sound nice. Good bass and crisp highs. And the noise canceling is excellent. But they have occasional pairing issues. I'm on a S23 and sometimes I'll open the case and the earbuds just won't connect to the phone. I'll have to restart the phone or repair the earbuds to get them to work.
@@rod4023 Why you didn't get the galaxy buds 2 or 2 pro? They are perfect match for the Samsung Phones
Hello, I wanted to see if the Liberty 4 can be charged with the Liberty 4 nc charging box? You may try and tell me
Hello, congratulations for the vídeo. Which do you recommend for use in the gym and outdoor walks? I love listening to good rock n roll! Between these two.
Great question. They are very similar in design so the fit and security will be the same but for me the Liberty 4 offered better sound quality.
Don't drop the slider one at all if you do your buds will connect and drain battery without charging while their in your pocket. Liberty 3 pro issues.
Nice review. Cheers
Cheers buddy.
I love my soundcore p20i earbuds and I just ordered the p40i from Amazon
Ha nice one! They gooduns
@@marcelontech cheers
You said BT 5.2. On the 4 NC it is 5.3. Also the 4 NC does have bud volume control on the earbud via control customization.
Nice. Thanks for the fact checking.
I am looking for a pair of soundcore earbuds, but I can't decide. I can get the Lib. 4 NC for 69 and the Lib. 4 + the Q20i for 79 for black Friday. I listen to rock music with heavy drums, but idk if I would want better upper range sound like in the Lib. 4 because my music doesn't have the heavy bass of rap. Any advice on what to buy? I have an old pair of soundcore headphones that are starting to fail, so a new pair would be nice but if the NC is so good on the Lib. 4 NC, idk if I really need headphones.
It's great question and thank you for the comment. If you have over the ear headphones there is a significant difference with ear buds however the disparity between the NC and Lib 4 is not massive. I found the Liberty 4 better for sound quality though.
@@marcelontech Thanks for the reply. I ordered the 4 NC's last night before I saw this. I will be using them mostly for the gym which has loud music playing in it, so I went for the better NC.
I've got the Sennheiser CX truewireless plus. Is this a worth it upgrade?
It's a good question. If there is little wrong with your earbuds no but if you need an upgrade then follow my links to see what options you have! 🙏🏽🤞🏼
Love my liberty 4’s. Always interested in better tech and performance but not have squeeze controls is a deal breaker for me
Interesting you prefer to have tactile buttons. It seems they are swinging back to having physical buttons
@@marcelontech I like the tactile feedback. Sometimes I accidentally activate some action with touch controls
@@user-fi6hg8vq6c I agree in that the tactile buttons should be more practical but on these they just didn't react well to for me
I just tried and returned the liberty 4, they’re very nice except I can’t get used to the squeeze at all, it hardly registers for me even on the lightest touch setting
@@caffeinedinosaur I didn’t know they had touch settings. I’m coming from the AirPod pros which had squeeze controls so it’s just my personal preference vs tapping
You can actually adjust the volume of Liberty 4 NC, you can change it in the app.
That is correct.
I recently bought the 4 NCs, honestly didnt realise there was a standard 4 as well. The sound quality with LDAC enabled is very good on the 4 NCs, I would have bought the Nothing ear 2 if it supported LDAC. The ANC is really poor and changing the settings such as wind noise reduction doesnt seem to do anything at all, that said the passive NC is very good so I dont really miss it. One other downside is the battery life is not near the claimed figure. With LDAC and ANC on the most you would get out of the buds is 2.5 to 3 hours.
Thanks for sharing your experience. Hope you continue to enjoy them.
Is Liberty 4 an upgrade when it comes to sound quality from Opera 5 and Edifier 240TN?
Sorry I don't have experience with those versions.
so is the sound better on these vs the Pro version?
For me the pro version was the better we bud.
I think Soundcore released a product (the Liberty 4) at a loss, so it seems, reason why the downgraded 4 NC afterwards, like before discontinuing; here's a facsimile! I've seen it with other brands and products, where a product is launched as a technology demonstration, but the price tag doesn't cover the cost of production. Get them while you can folks!
Absolutely. Often they sell them en mass at a loss to encourage longer term use and brand loyalty.
Hi . Is spatial audio worth it over the 3d audio in 4 nc should i spend extra for the og Liberty 4???
Good question. As mentioned in the video I found the OG Lib 4 better for me personally buts it’s always subjective.
I'm looking at getting the nothing ear 2 or the liberty 4. I spend a lot of time on phone calls and comfort with a decent bass for music. Which would you suggest.
Great question. Phone calls are really important and I preferred the Nothing Ear2 for this purpose. The sound quality was great but the mics are still not as good as the higher end devices but definitely work just fine!
You have not mentioned the fact that Liberty 4 had a poor tuning leading to very harsh trebles and fatiguing sibilance. I owned liberty 4 and despite loving its fit and overall design, I had to return it and take the Liberty 4NC. IMO, L4NC is more balanced and have better bass production while still managing crisper mids & highs. The dual driver implementation was great in the Liberty 4 but they ruined it with poor tuning. Anybody else agree with me?
It was not good out of the box at all, but I managed to tune them in the app and now they sound gorgeous
Nice
thats why you have the app
Definitely not! The liberty 4 sounds just as good as my bose qc ultra. You must have an iPhone if so that's your problem not the earbuds!
I had the 4nc, the bass was just too much. That is why, I am interested in the 4, since they have less bass.
In your opinion, which of these two hands-free is suitable for conversation and music
Good question. I would suggest going for the more premium Liberty 4 for this purpose if it inside your budget. Find links in my description

Which one is better for music ?
It's very fine line but for me it was the Liberty 4
I just bought both models just to see which one I like more
Good idea. Let me know your results
Now i need to buy earbuds which one best Library 4 or Library 4 NC
Of these two I recommend the Liberty 4
who the best liberty 4 or liberty 4 nc what i choose
As per the video consider the Liberty 4 as the more premium and better quality between the two.
@@marcelontech mean going buy liberty 4! better
Hello - the best sound: Liberty 4 or Liberty 4 NC???? Bernd from Germany
Cheers buddy. For me it was the Liberty 4 but everyone has preferences
Thank you for the answer - i have the liberty 4 !!!❤
It's not exactly a physical button. It's a pressure sensor and the click is artificial, you can't hear it without putting them into your ear. So you just squish the "leg" and it serves as a button. You can even adjust sensitivity
That's right it's a push sensitive sensor as opposed to physical button but the newer buds are coming back to a physical or mechanical button.
Which watch are you wearing ? Looks cool 🤙🏻
Rocking the Samsung Watch 4 classic
Which one do you prefer when it comes to sound quality and battery life?
Thank for your question. As mentioned they are very closely tied but for me the Liberty 4 just had that fuller sound with better immersion.
It would be cool to attach them to the computer and use them as headphones on the pc
Which is entirely possible if your computer has Bluetooth
@@marcelontechYes. They have a very good and clear sound, just testet them. A wide connection range, they are very light- I'd say I can recommend them.
You're wrong about the volume controls. for NC. It's configurable in the app. I have one tap for louder in one ear, and quieter in the other. single tap, double, triple, and long tap are all configurable for anything from skip track to volume to NC on or off and so on.
Is that right? Thats great thank you for clarifying
Hello from Turkey 😊 i wanna ask you if ANC performance is good in liberty 4 because every one says ANC and Sound in liberty 4 is low. In Turkey 4 is about 95 euro and NC model about 80 euro. Whcih one i should take?
Hello from Turkey 😊 hocam olur mu ikisinin de sesi birbirine çok yakın ancak 4 bir tık daha yüksek benim araştırmalarıma göre.

Does this work with hey siri?
You mean do they both work with Apple "Siri"?
Yes as long as you have your phone near you. It won't work like AirPods/Beats do.
Ok, so this naming convention sucks ass. They literally both do noise cancelling, but I can totally imagine how someone would be confused into buying the worse liberty 4 NCs since it advertises noise cancelling.
I completely understand your frustration with the naming convention. It can be confusing for consumers when products with similar features have different names. It's always important to do thorough research before making a purchase.
4 NCs are better than the flagship 4 … irrespective of the difference in price … I firmly believe that more Noise Cancellation is directly proportional to better performance and sound quality
I would like to believe that's true but didn't feel that the ANC read better than the flagship 4
Active Noise cancellation is in no logical way proportional to better sound quality. In fact the best performing headphones or earbuds have no form of ANC. Physical noise cancellation shouldnt be mistaken with Active noise cancellation and in that respect both buds perform equally, and actually even this reviewer mentioned that the 4 are fill his ears and seal better.
Either this guy has some really weird ears or he did not put them in his ears right at all...
Hahaha it could be either way but I thinks it's the former.
