Young Rachael Leigh Cook with glasses is literally the most beautiful human I have ever seen
Agreed!
Older Racheal Leigh Cook is just as hot with or without glasses!
I swear to God yes!
I definitely agree!!!
she was literally perfect before the transformation.
They made the same mistake in the Breakfast club with that goth chick.
thats the point
Totally agree.
Would you consider 1:09 before or after? Cause she looks best (in my opinion) in that scene.
She has a really beautiful personality 😇 💖
Rachael Leigh Cook was absolutely stunning in He's all that, even as a mum! 😍😍
i just finished watching the movie on Netflix. And, yes. She's absolutely stunning at the age of 41.^^
She was the highlight of He's All That. That Netflix movie was terrible.

I graduated high school in 1999, and this movie was super popular at my school. Now seeing all the comments of people who weren't even born yet really makes you realize, time flies. Live each day as if it's the last one.
Same graduation year...loved this movie...time does indeed fly...
I started high school (UK so secondary school :P ) in 98, i liked this film and what i remember is my adoptive mum taking the utter piss out of me for it.
Same here. I feel old and young throughout the day.
I was 9 years old (4th grade)when this movie came out, I remember watching it with my older siblings and I just turned 31 now. Time really does fly
The guitar is what really makes this song. It's just a perfectly produced song.
It's so good it should never be covered by anybody.
It's a great song produced perfectly.
Welp you should hear the remake of this in Netflix’s He’s All That. Hurt my ears
@@erikabalagot7522 it was so bad i swear, why did they even think of making that crap movie, it looks like a high school project
thanks to that 12 string guitar
Who doesn't love some nostalgic vibes... The song encapsulates the fleeting time and reminds us we're not so young anymore. Yet, when we look back and think of all those memories we've made, there's a smile on our faces without fail. There's some sadness in us for sure, cause that time has passed. But we feel grateful most of all, cause we were so fortunate, that it has happened to us. Have a great day, all you beautiful people!
This is exactly how I felt sad in ways because the time has passed but thank you for reminding me of the positives
How old is considered “not young anymore” lol 😭
Well said. 🥺

That late 90’s easy going happy go lucky atmosphere. I miss it so much.

90s was the peak of lighthearted teenage romance movies! I wish they still make movies like that. I have enough of teenagers inlove with tragic stories
One of the most coolest movies of the 90’s, nothing like those times!!
This song gives me the feels good and depressing so that’s nice
Lexi Santos I feel it too
For me too

Same to me
And then the pizza hut ad after gave me the hunger....so I'm a mess right now.
For a teenage movie it was surprisingly deep in its context, delivered with believable youth delivery. It also has held up well despite how long ago it was made. I really like this movie,
So happy they made a reference to this song in the new version. Watch GenZ come and discover this masterpiece. And now that she plays the mother in the new One I feel old 🥲 The new version is cute but the original stays the best.

Coming back to this song now and then, especially this video after so long brought back so many unwanted sad and joyous feelings. she’s so freaking beautiful!!!
Not that beautiful but cute
@@jameszack7158 i think she's gorgeous
This movie is different than the ugly duckling becomes a beautiful swan. She's already gorgeous at the start of the movie. Anybody could see that.
The pretty-ugly girl is never a "fat" girl. It doesn't work that way. She has to already be attractive. Hollywood can't make a teen romantic comedy any other way. Its impossible. No matter how much they try, Rebel Wilson is not going to be the pretty girl.
Paul Colburn I think they made a comedy movie where Rebel Wilson hit her hit then became delusional thinking she suddenly became the hot girl
@@Paradox586 : Exactly. Its a comedy. Because its a joke. And everyone knows it.

Rachael Leigh Cook was an absolute stunner. I remember as a kid first seeing her in Carpool in the 90's & falling in love with her.

The glasses fit her perfectly. I'd even say she looks worse without them.
I second that.
Nah, the hairdresser in this movie did a shoddy job leaving her forehead all exposed in the scenes where she was NOT wearing glasses. OR they actually did that on purpose to make it seem she was more "natural" with glasses. Either way, it's just the hair.
No glasses fit better on a persons face than the one and only Lisa Loeb.
What? Worse without her glasses? Blasphemy! HERESY!! With or without, she is fine! Recant your error or atone for it, miscreants!!

She's one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen!
It's more like: this girl hates everything about pop culture, so, how can the popular kid convince her to go to prom with him; or, she's rude to almost everyone, so, how can someone she doesn't respect get others whom she doesn't respect to vote her into being the prom queen, all without anyone knowing it's a bet.

2:15 *This* is how people actually used to do their everyday makeup in the 90s. Not the ultra thin brows and glittery everything you see in youtube tutorials and such. Soft matte skin, subtle blush/bronzer, groomed brows, eyes defined in a balanced way. The 90s was such a magical time...Glad I was there.
She's so cute!!!!! Even today in 2019 she still looks like she's barely 25!
She is the literal definition of "petite". She's just so small! But she isn't skinny or boney, just like a person in tiny form.
And she's newly single as of September as she is getting a divorce.

What a lovely movie. Don’t forget that Paul Walker was also in this movie.
Zach was initially in it for the bet, but when he saw just how beautiful and vulnerable Lainey was he realized it was wrong. He gradually fell in love with her and that's why he was pissed when his friend betrayed him. But, then she didn't even give him a chance to explain. But, after realizing that Zach was the only one who truly cared about her she forgave him. "She's All That" is a modern retelling of "Pygmalion" and its done very beautifully.
