Yeah I suppose some people don't believe in finishing a product(e.g. foundation) before replacing it.
I mean not everyone has that much makeup but I think it's a normal amount. Makeup is my passion, it's art for me and I enjoy doing it so I collect a lot of it (wayyyy more than she has in the video) but I think even for an average girl who just wears makeup in her daily life without being a makeup artist it's a normal amount.
@@buyiscorner396 I sometimes try new foundations that came out or mix two shades and end up with a few more than I usually use but I'll use them up eventually. Just throwing that out there as a possibility :)

This is a very fun video!!! I learned so much. Thank you for sharing. And for that first comment, that is not an unhealthy amount of make-up. That really wasn't alot to be honest. This person isnt out harming people, plotting against people, drinking lots of alcohol all day, everyday, partying with strangers, doing drugs, stealing, prostituting, etc. those are unhealthy habits sir or ma'am ok. And if having alot of makeup or having all the makeup in the world is bringing her joy, who are you to judge? Thats her Joy, not yours. You didn't buy anything in that house. Your home has minimally nothing in it right, you just said that, so we can say thats an unhealthy way to live right? But if living with barely nothing makes you happy than thats all that matters, right? Right. So leave folks alone. Dont be trying to steal people's joy because you aint got what they have or you not happy. Just go out to the store and buy the same thing that they got, or go buy something that makes you happy. Anyhow, this is her video, not yours, you bought nothing. If people's lifestyles bothers you so much then don't watch their videos. I don't think pointing out that someone has a lot of makeup is a negative thing inherently. I have about the same amount of makeup as this person, I've accumulated a lot over the years and I've had about double the size of her makeup collection at some points in my life, so I'm not judging. Realistically, it's pretty difficult to get through that amount of makeup before it expires- most people don't need 7 foundations or 5 eyeshadow palettes. I agree that this is a small makeup collection compared to what I've seen online (full drawers of a specific type of lip product in every single colour, for example) so I do agree it seems unfair to target this person's collection specifically as it's not a hugely concerning amount in my opinion. Pointing out that it is actually too much makeup though helps remind us all that while these types of videos are fun to watch, over-consumption isn't something to aspire towards. It's hurting the environment and our bank accounts to pretend otherwise as some of these products will go to waste either by being thrown out, never being finished, or by expiring first. There's a really great KZheadr, Cara Nicole, who has a video on this called 'Let's talk aesthetic restocking videos' which I'd highly recommend if you like these kinds of restocking videos (as I do too! they're fun). Cara's video has helped me enjoy restocking videos without feeling a sense of pressure to buy more stuff, and also helped me recognise where to draw the line between enough and too much.
