    • He reminds me of what my guru Ram Dass describes. The way to help someone become enlightened is not to force them or pull them up, but to be this centered energy for them... A space for them to come up or out into. Not being pulled into the melodrama of their life. Just kind of a witness and a guiding force not being affected. It's beautiful to see in real life.

    • Yea I agree. But it's kind of sad that Mark mentioned that it wasn't really "Blink" in those records. Sucks cause I really LOVE the "NINE" album a LOT. My listening tastes ventured out after the self titled in 2003 and hadn't listened to older stuff until 2019 came around, and I found that album, and I personally think it's a dope track list with some real cool bangers.

  • This is probably the most beautiful band interviews I have ever watched. I relate so deeply to Tom when he talks about being "moved by emotion" and being on a constant path of self discovery. Felt the same for years. Listening to Mark talking abouts his experience so candidly too is so deep and touching. All leading to the point they find themselves at now, which seems really genuinely positive. It really puts things in perspective, and gives me hope for my own friendship issues and over all hardships working out eventually.
