You guys.....her ears are props....exaggerated in reference to "Dopey", one of Snow White's seven dwarves. Dopey is characterized as stupid and clueless. Salem is embodying this character in the context of her lyrics--that she was stupid and clueless for believing the rose-colored fairytale stories Disney is so known for.
