How do i get the "start"cmd file to run as administrator? Says it needs admin privileges to eun at full hash rate.

How long does the wallet take to sync?
Depends on how long it's been since you've laat used it, it has to download the Blockchain & attempt to decrypt transactions to find yours. This is a benefit as Monero is private & secure. However if you use Monero every week or so it'll only take around 20 seconds. Yes it's a minor inconvenience but it's a small in comparison to the massive benefits you get by having a private & decentralized form of money which no one can control including governments
