  • This is one project we don’t get to see very often, the removal of a dam. We get to see most of the equipment in this one.

  • 25% grade for engineers, 4:1 for normal people. Either way, a lot of dirt! 150 @ 20 yds = 3000 yds. About 4 tanks of fuel for the haul truck & at least 2 for the excavator.

    • My Grandson has the lego kit for this dump truck, and the remote for the Motorisation kit. Might be a little small for John's though.

    • Cat do both line of sight and sit in a hut far away remote control for excavators, loaders, and dozers. You can get it on anything from a little compact track loader to a D11. I don't know if they have done it for dump trucks yet, but I bet they would if you wrote a suitably large check and signed a liability waiver.

  • Great for a PAY TO FISH CATFISH POND. THOSE TYPE PONDS MAKE FANTASTIC MONEY ONCE THEY ARE STOCKED WITH CATFISH, BASS, BRIM, WHITE TROUT, CRAPPIE. COULD EVEN GET BILL DANCE DO A SHOW ON THE LAKE.

    • If I am allowed to borrow a phrase from another dirt moving channel; a couple of days ago one of my knees gave out 'for no reason at all'. The merest bit of side load and a tiny twist and I have a torn ligament that took me to the local ED department which I left several hours later with a feck-off knee brace and crutches, and a lighter wallet. It's a bugger getting old all right

Never run equipment like you do (farm tractors, forklifts) but any time I have time off after all this COVID crap, I would gladly work for free to help out; take a vacay to learn something new.
