great video, so glad the walking dead is becoming popular again
It's crazy to see you here. But I agree, I'm so glad people are giving this show a chance again.
@@AdvisoryCookiei’m a long time TWD fan! but agreed dude, nice to see the show has amazing ratings
Thanks so much man! The Rick show really brought the audience back, appreciate you checking out my video!
BEANS! Hello, there! It's nice to see you. Please tell me that you're taking good care of yourself between Lord of the Rings length excellent vids. If you're not, this is your American fan from The D telling you to do so. 🫘🫛❤
Sounds like maga to me lol
CRM is the Walking Dead version of the Enclave in Fallout series
I was thinking that
Technically their more like the brotherhood, former military who broke off and fought the actual military as they believed what they were doing was immoral.
Then that make the Commonwealth like the NCR
@@connarmccain564maybe a few oil rigs off the coast survived...
No they are definitely the enclave The enclave are more of a parody to the United States secret service and half fascist. They killed anyone who didn't side with them like the crm and Thorne does in the show@@Termi325
The CRM is so cool. The main Walking Dead series made it seem like the world was dead or dying out but in The Ones Who Live it felt so different. i wonder what other huge organizations there is in other parts of the world
That could be what the Echalon Briefing is about
It sounds like you haven't seen the other 2 spinoffs with Daryl and Maggie😂
im glad the CRM knows about Texas. Tho I wish there were detailed maps
They should know. But not doing anything, knowing how many may still be alive is interesting. Even if only two nuke heads exploded from that one nuke that was shot off, who knows how many were killed. And if the cr/crm is really expecting to eventually expand, again they would need to deal with that hell in and near the eastern part of Texas. Like LA, California where Alicia and her mom went. It was destroyed at the beginning of the apocalypse. Who knows how many are still alive and could be a threat to crm. How many will have the know-how to fight back. Consider that load of vehicles Michonne road with. There were hundreds of people, in that group, who survived in the wilderness anð in cities by living undercover. And, under Alicia's tutelage- many thousands could have that capacity in LA. And we know thousands will have the know-it-all to fight back, in the settlements in Virginia. virginia settlements do not have the weaponry of CRM. But they have been learning guerilla tactics, I guarantee - all able bodies since they were left to die by Pam. That's something Jadis won't expect. She knows they could be defeated if done by surprise. What if someone, unexpected let's them know to get ready - and thousands are now ready in the Commonwealth, Alexandria, etc.
Of course they know, crm soldiers were literally in the fallout zone, until Morgan n Al killed them.
I really enjoyed this video! It’s amazing how much the CRM has had an impact on series as a whole. The CRM are nothing to be played with! We already know a lot about them but at the same time not really. Looking forward to seeing what more The Ones Who Live reveals about the CRM. P.S. I hope they bring Heath back or even mention him at least
Thanks mate! And yeah they definitely are the perfect type of group for this new era of the franchise. We’ve learned so much about them, yet we know hardly anything still
I thought the alliance of 3 was america France and Brazil in the walking dead because the CRM are world wide not just inside america!?!?!?
Same!
Heath will be the character that is confirmed to “crossover”
Heath is dead
I'm not interested in twd anymore but the Crm stuff is bringing me back ngl
Well if there is only one spin-off you have to watch if you gave up after the main show, it's The Ones Who Live
@@KaptifLaDistillerieI finished TWD but never watched any of the other series. Is there something I should watch or know before starting the ones who live?
@@ryanmurphy1357 not really. You'll have more info on who the CRM is if you watch FTWD and World Beyond but nothing that will break your understanding of the story. The Ones Who Live is great because it's considered a direct continuation to the main show, and well, Andrew Lincoln is just so good in his role as Rick, he alone is worth the watch.
@@ryanmurphy1357U should watch all the other spinoffs (especially World beyond) before this.. Plus I followed Fear the walking dead along with Twd.. There's a lot of CRM stuff in that too..
They need to explain whether or not the CRM made contact with the Commonwealth and why.
Seriously. Such a big question mark
They 100% know of their existence but they didnt make any contact, except maybe a deal with Lance Hornsby but it's still not confirmed
@@nevyanplamenov5409Do you think Shira/fake Stephanie is a CRM spy. She just disappeared in S11C. She could kinda be like Huck from world beyond where she was a spy in Campus Colony Omaha. Roman Calhoun could have been a CRM spy also
@@nevyanplamenov5409the deal lance was talking about was his major poopy farm operation that wasn’t a part of the commonwealth. It supplied tons of medicine for the hospitals and was lances personal thing. So when he was saying deals are in place and all that I’m pretty sure that’s what that was.
Yes they do! I've had theories on their connections since season 11 and I really want them to give us some answers
The CRM were shown to possess Apache attack helicopters. Makes us wonder if they have access to Nukes as a last resort.
I mean they got helicopters working and other military vehicles working they probably raided the White House and stole nuke codes so ya they probably do have nuke codes
If the crm was to get their hands on fighter jets or even a few then their superiority would've been unchallenged.
Probably do but like most super powers they don't show their hand until it's absolutely necessary so as long as their adversary is still using swords they'll maintain the illusion that they've only just discovered muskets
I found your channel at the perfect time. My love for walking dead is longstanding, ever since 2011 I've loved the show but naturally around the pandemic I had fallen off. But recently I decided what the hell lets finally pick back up and finish it all, and now im on the ones who live and my love for walking dead is reignited, and to find your channel at that same time is just perfect ❤
Hey thanks so much for the support!
I bet the CRM was pissed when the Teddy nuked Texas!
refreshed the feed at the perfect time 😁
Bro great breakdown it was kinda all over the place bc of the hiatus from c19 and show runners decisions THANK YOU you put this together nicely
Thank you for watching! Really appreciate the support!
Always a good time when you post a walking dead video brother
Great video! I was just thinking a few days ago- I need to watch a good crm breakdown. This was perfect
You got me subbed, love the details
Such great videos! Well researched and told in such a way that even a newbie can follow along. Congrats and keep up the good work as it is greatly appreciated! 🙂
Good explanations! This largely fits in with how I understood it
This video was 🔥 !! I'm a huge nerd for the CRM and this was put together so well!
Recently discovered your channel and am obsessed, these are great videos!
Thanks for watching mate!
Yeah if they were in Philadelphia that’s where princess(TWD) was found how they didn’t know of each other as well as the common wealth community
The commonwealth is in ohio
She was from Pittsburgh and they picked her up in Charleston WV. BUT, the Commonwealth being in Ohio me in the comics they did control Pittsburgh, the CRM nd the Commonwealth should know of each other. CRM being 200K and the Commonwepth being 50K they’re not like Alexandra and can hide out
@@dylanlowers5236 CRM definitely knows of the Commonwealth's existence, but they don't consider them a threat, otherwise they would've bombed them till now
@@dylanlowers5236didn’t lance say something about having treaties or agreements with other groups? I thought he meant the crm, but my memory is shaky…
you’re right, he did say something along the lines of “if you kill me, certain alliances will be broken”. Unfortunately they never expanded on that
you deserve way more subs dude. Keep doing what you're doing and you'll be big before you know it.
your content is top notch fam! keep it up
Excellent video I really wanted to know more about the CRM in a nice timeline thanks
Love this Video & your impeccable story telling. 🙌💎 I look forward to all of your posts! & the #twentyonepilots #overcompensate video commercial break, absolutely made my day. Perfect Saturday👌😁👍
You make excellent content! I love this show, I love learning more about the lore. Subscribed
Wow great video, I just discovered your channel and now binge watching lol Thank you for explaining things clearly !! 👏 😊
Hey thanks for watching!
I really enjoyed these recaps
Very well done!
EXCELLENT EXCELLENT VIDEO!!! YOU CLEARLY PUT A LOT OF HARD WORK INTO IT, SO THANK YOU!!! That was the first video of yours that I have ever seen, and I can’t wait to go back and watch a bunch of them!!! ONE QUESTION FOR YOU: COULD THE CRM POSSIBLY BE GETTING ALL OR SOME OF THEIR FUEL FROM THE CROAT IN MANHATTAN?? COULD THAT BE A WAY TO CONNECT THE SHOWS??
That definitely is a solid theory! I’m not sure if the timelines quote match up, but I like the way you think
Loved this!
Insane you only have 4k subs with the great editing and scripts
Great video. I wonder if they will show us more about Portland at some point
Great video!!
Ty love your channel.
Thanks mate!
great video man
As a Nebraskan, FINALLY our state is relevant :)
T
Where were you during the airing of Better Call Saul :)
It can be possibe that Beal isn't aware of the operations conducted by his Left Tenant. Maybe she's pulling the wool over him as well. Names on papers don't mean anything.
These videos are really cool
Really good video
I like this one good explaination tbh
Very good video
Just to think about all this happening over the years as we followed Rick's group. Thinking this world wasn't this big.
They wanna go from the Cvic Republic of Philadelphia to the Civic Republic of America.
God Bless the Encl... CRM !
Bootleg enclave
one of the things that confuse me with Ones Who Live is the CRM uniforms. Bc in World Beyond we see the new uniforms of CR soldiers but in Ones Who Live they wear different uniforms. My question is, are the soldiers without the red stripes meant to be normal CRM military just with different uniforms or is every soldier we see in the Ones Who Live part of the special forces? Also love your video, can you share the name of the music you used?
I'm pretty sure the old uniforms were just a budget thing So Full black = Normal solder Red stripe = Special forces
You should make a video about the history of the coalition
I hope they don't just write off the world beyond characters like in fear
Love this crm are way step ahead everyone else even the crm wearing the theirs tactical gear suit with mask hopefully they'll tease a future spin-off series a Big war Commonwealth vs CRM like 6 season i bet it would be all out war part 2 it would be cool if we see Alexandria residents survivors as soldiers wearing Commonwealth armor with green camouflage same as each different Communities with different camouflage colors
Dude, i usually hate the way people make these videos... youre doing it right lol. Dope videos
God, I don't really watch The Walking Dead anymore, but this CRM really maked me as scared as the first seasons zombies (from a perspective of someone of have an big, almost phobia like, fear of zombies) The only thing I fear as much as zombies is governments!
Curious to ask, the first soundtrack what’s the name of it…? Also great work on the diagnostics in the CRM 👍
Great breakdown. Just wish the CRM was not so cartoonishly evil since it detracts from what could be a good villain/adversary for surviving colonies.
I haven't watched The Walking Dead since they killed off Carl. Since the news shows are coming out. I have started to watch TWD from the beginning. I figured that by the time I finished the show. The other shows will be a couple of seasons in. Will see? I've watched a few of your videos and they're very well done. Keep them coming. 👍
4:04 what about padre and those containers filled with supplies maybe it goes to Portland?
Wow i havent thought about that those 2 guys from the bar saw Philly
Nebraska.... Those guys in S2 were on to something....
Just noticed the major general is the knife guy from Lost.
Can u do a video on the commonwealth origins please
Great video, always fun to catch up and see where the universe has gone since I stopped watching a while ago. While it certainly is very interesting what’s going on I can’t help but wonder if the writers are kinda dumb. The reason I say that is because for starters how do you hide the entire city of Philly/hide the fact it survived. Secondly the reason they destroy Omaha is because a report that says those other locations are just a drain on CRP’s resources. Except that respectfully Omaha should’ve been the only way that CRP was able to avoid famine. If you’ve got hundreds of thousands of survivors you need a ton of food, likely looking at several thousand acres of farm land needed. 1.Where are you getting that land and how are you properly defending that land on the East Coast where the undead not only likely number in the several millions, but where massive pockets of those undead (like mega hoard numbers) are only a hundred miles or so away, compared to the West coast where you may have several hundred miles between major metropolitan areas with populations into the millions. Meanwhile Omaha is in Nebraska which has plenty of farmland, much of it not even that far from the walls themselves. The city should’ve been self sufficient basically by year one and producing at a major surplus by the time the CRP rolls around there. It honestly feels like the writers realized they created a group that would be basically unbeatable and so created some contrived reasons to have the CRM backstab the others rather than finding some problems that could actually threaten a group that large (or not make them nearly as strong when setting them up in the first place)
I knew that third show involved the CRM but I had no idea it was to this extent
Nice😎😊
If the CRM were capable of ending their own alliances with genocide, imagine what they’d do to the independently ran Commonwealth. Both the CRM and the Commonwealth have been in the Alexandria-Hilltop area crazy enough
I am getting annoyed watching TOWL because I don't know much about CRM since I only watched TWD and not FTWD and World Beyond. Thank you so much for doing this!
Good job on the walking dead videos brother, subbed
I honestly believe that the helicopters rick saw in the original first few seasons was real and not shadows. Because the crn first started out by then. Wasnt fully developed as it is now. Not only that but they were involved in the Atlanta bombing in episode 2. I think the reasoning behind not picking up survivors was due to the sheer amount of walkers infested in Atlanta. And by the time the crn was fully established they didn't really have the time for Atlanta, Washington DC and around. I hope Morgan returns snd and finds rick eventually that would make me faint lol
I hope the CRM wins cause I wanna see how they would actually achieve reclaiming the country. Like they are a strict city type community. So how would they take an entire country, let alone the north continent. Like I wanna see that TV show. A Walking Dead Half Life TV show.
So they went from saving survivors during the outbreak to killing the survivors.... this means they became the very thing they swore to destroy
my question is how are their wind mills in the city they look cool af tho
So it’s possible the Portland Colony will battle the Phili Colony? Commonwealth, Daryl and Maggie/Negan will somehow play into all this maybe? Or just Rick and Michonne with Morgan as he did say he was going to go look for Rick everywhere. This is gonna be intriguing I just hope Gimple doesn’t screw us fans over. We need answers to everything.
Never caught the Dave and Tony connection
federally what happens is it goes back to state guard, see the hope is it ends so that next they re union the states. This is just gilligan's island
You can build a high wall around a huge city really fast. Just look at Germany 🤷♂️
What’s the background song you used in the first 4 mins? Is it off Epidemic Sounds?
All my background music just comes from the audio library provided in KZhead studio, I’ll have to check my timeline what the track is called, but I’ll get back to you
@@Swell-Films Appreciate it!
JADIS is major beals daughter IM CALLING IT NOW
Have you been able to keep track of the others? The other shows I mean, Daryl Dixson, Negan, and Maggie?
I have a dead city video up actually! I have yet to get to daryl Dixon but in time I will
Anyone else getting enclave vibes?
Yes absolutely, one of the reasons im loving this faction of the walkiing dead
Off brand Enclave
Good video man very detailed on everything
Are the current events of The Ones Who Live happening after all of the events of The World Beyond. I know we see the destruction of Omaha in both series, but has the chlorine gas intended for Portland already been destroyed by the time Rick and Michonne find each other? Has Daryl already landed in France by this time as well? And do the events in New York with Maggie happen after this point or before?
There's a lot of confusion with the TOWL timeline, especially because of the mistake made in EP2. Although not confirmed cause it's now obvious that show-runners don't know their timeline, the thing that makes the most sense is that when ''NOW'' comes out it's actually Fall 2022. The Bridge explodes in Feb 2014 and then there's the 6 years time jump which is actually almost a 7 year time jump. Michonne leaves 7 and a half years after the bridge (this is where they got it wrong in towl) which would be Aug 2021, finds Nat's group and they get attacked with chlorine gas, so it's logical to think that she stays with him for a year, and then finds Rick. By the way World Beyond is during and after Summer 2020 so it's quite disappointing that we still don't know what happened to Portland in a show that is set 2 years later. On the main show there's a time skip of 1 year after Rosita's death which would place it in Summer 2023, which would also be the period where Daryl Dixon takes place. Then there's Dead City which for some dumb reasons is in 2029, so 6 years after the finale and 15 fucking years after Rick's disappearance.
@@lmao7612 Thanks for the timeline clarification! I appreciate it. I hope with this new CRM base out west, the summit, or what we don’t know about the echelon briefing that we at least get a mention of Portland, maybe that is even where Rick and Michonne end up by the end of the season. Maybe Portland is now part of the resistance against the CRM once they learned about Omaha, which might even be one of the reasons for the new CRM base and the summit. Or maybe we just finally learn that it did get destroyed as well. I still wonder who it’s going to be that Carol later tells Daryl came back and if they had been in contact with Rick or Michonne before getting there. Maybe they had some bad news Carol wanted to wait to share with Daryl in person.
@@phonyPope You're welcome, I like discussing about TWD timeline even though I know how messy it is. I also thought about Portland being leader of an anti-CRM type of resistance because if there really is this war, the main group will definitely need them. I would like to see Rick and Michonne go to Portland so they could meet with World Beyond's cast too although I have some doubts that it will happen. Regarding the fate of the city, I believe it's still alive considering that Okafor before dying had told Rick that "there will be no more Omahas" and therefore if Portland had been destroyed they would have brought it up. So if the city is still standing my main complaint would be what is CRM waiting for to exterminate them, they have chlorine gas as shown in EP2 and above all now Portland should know the truth and therefore be planning some kind of defense and, in their eyes, maybe even an attack. As for who came back, I think if it were to be anyone except Rick it would be a disappointment, I don't think it would make sense to put that kind of scene in the spin-off of the character who's looking for Rick if Rick himself wasn't the one who came back. Also another thing that I don't think anyone mentions but which I consider quite dumb (apart from the whole of Dead City lol) is that Daryl was in Maine before ending up in France and, since the Commonwealth is in Ohio, I'm pretty sure he had to go through Pennsylvania and New York to get there, so he was in the states of the other 2 spin-offs and it's of no importance and nobody cares at all?
@@lmao7612 I really don’t think it is Rick that Carol was mentioning came back. She just kinda drops it in casually at the end, she knows Daryl has dedicated years looking for him, I think she would have led with that information or at least expressed it with a little more inflection. I definitely hope we get more tie in with World Beyond, we need to know about Portland, but I agree with you I think it is most likely still standing, but I also want to know what is going on with the scientists who escaped the lab, if they were ever able to continue the research or not and if anybody actually made it across to Portland, or just to have Silas show up out of nowhere and do something crucial that shifts the momentum of a fight. Blowing up the gas definitely delayed the attack on Portland and a lot could have happened before they were ready to attack again including a shift in strategy, but let’s hope we get some more answers on Portland and it’s not just a hanging thread. I think it’s possible for Daryl to travel from Ohio to Maine and be far enough north to be off the radar of the CRM and not encounter them or at least spot them first and be wise enough to evade them, but I don’t really remember them mentioning much about his route to get there.
@@phonyPope Oh yeah i forgot about those scientists, also Silas might be the one to show up in ep 5 tho i think that's most likely Jadis. I guess i'm just glad Twd is finally slowly answering all the questions that have accumulated over the years and I'm trustful that they will explain the rest in the next episodes and hopefully also in a Towl S2
Long live the CRM!
So much for protect and serve I can’t see the national guard or armed forces killing civilians.
At this stage of the story walkers are just minor inconvenience
As an Oregonian I’m glad to see Portland lasted as long as it did in the walking dead, nowadays it might as well be the walking dead 😭😭
I lowkey like the CRM and would join.
Holy cow that doesn't look like the city of portland.
Coincidences all 3 were in the north west. Would the city government not survive
Savior arc when ?
Damn. CRM vs Commonwealth will just be NCR vs BOS all over again.
Tbh I don’t think it would be much of a competition. The CRMS technology Is just too advanced for them to even put up a fight.
CRM is the biggest villian
I live 5 blocks from the Linc. Lol
Can you now explain how can they tell if you are an "A" or "B" on site. How are they testing them? It's not like they're giving them an exam!!
They can't, it's up for the snitches (jadis/the Bs of the group) to rat you (An A) out to the CRM.. 😣 😩
B are followers not weak!
Love how you call out the plot holes😂
Sounds like that pilot who didn’t bomb Philly and instead killed all those marines was the real villain lol
I want the commonwealth vs crm
CRM would only have to use Chlorine bombardment, they don't have AA capabilites.
So Bootleg Enclave vs Bootleg NCR
Chamomile Chameleonistic Chamilitary MANGGGGG WE WUZ 👑 ZZZ 💤
im still confused on why the commonwealth wasnt part of the alliance or why the crm didnt destroy them
Trust me, we’re all confused lol. Not only does it have a giant population, but it’s closer to Philly than both Omaha and Portland. Yet, not even a reference.
The CRM probably always viewed Portland and Omaha as tribute states and not true partners. The commonwealth was simply too powerful to put under its thumb.
The CRM definitely knows about the Commonweath but perhaps not vice versa. Perhaps the Commonwealth isn't big enough yet to initiate contact being only 50k as opposed to 100k for Portland and Ohama. maybe there's sort of a "prime directive" the CRM follows where they wont initiate contact until a settlement reaches a certain population level.
@@NeptuneCheeseCake Lol, CRM can crush Commonwealth any way they want. We are talking about plastic armor troops on horse carriages vs bullet and bite proof armored soldiers with APC's and helicopters
I also have a feeling that the CRM knows about Commonwealth and I have a theory that Lance was even in contact with them as well from some of his talks with Pamela but I could be wrong
fear writers be like money money money
Kills his own wife coward move tbh.
Soooo they're basically the Enclave 😂
So what were Hope and her dad? They weren’t Bs. Btw you forgot to mention the 10,000 children they kidnapped?
that pilot was an absolute tool
