It was my privilege to work on this project for 4 1/2 years.
NDOT encourages clean and safe roadways! In fact, in one recent year alone, NDOT maintenance forces dedicated more than 88,000 man hours to removing roadside debris- and NDOT's Freeway Service Patrol helped remove roadside debris 11,000 times in one year. NDOT encourages the public and organizations to also join in supporting clean roadways through our roadside litter removal programs!

At 1:00 and maybe a few seconds after, I am pretty sure the Nevada side partial arch is suspended by several cables to the Nevada side, but I cannot see them. I can see some cables suspending the base of the Nevada side partial arch, but the Arizona side seems to need more connections.
