It figures that the only true story on the Daily Mail website would be one that they stole from someone else lol. The Daily Mail is 99% fake news, and 1% real news conveyed in a misleading or inaccurate manner, or plagiarised from someone else. Their most blatantly dishonest “news story” still doesn’t sit right with me a couple years after I read it. I remember that, just before Meghan Markle and Prince Harry got married, they published a long story that they claimed was made up of excerpts from Meghan’s long-lost diary. They claimed that she had been fighting to prevent it from being made public, but they had now received excerpts from an anonymous source close to her. Nowhere did they say that the entire “diary” was entirely fictional - made up by one of their writers. In fact, they even included a whole fake news article to go with it, explaining how Meghan hadn’t wanted the diary to become public, but the Daily Mail published it in the public interest! The only indication they gave that the entire thing was fictional was the fact that, in very small print, they had included a “by (name of ‘journalist’ who wrote the piece)” on the same page, and a disclaimer in very fine print at the bottom of the page, nudged between a bunch of ads where no one could see it. The disclaimer even said something along the lines of “these are not the real excerpts from Meghan’s diary, but what our author imagined she would have written based on our extensive research” - and I’m pretty sure the disclaimer was added after the story was initially published, so even people looking for it wouldn’t have been able to see it initially. They wanted their readers to think the story was factual. The writer’s name was also tucked away where people wouldn’t see it, and even if they had, it was made to look like the journalist only authored the accompanying fake news article, not the entire fake diary itself. I think the title was even something like “Meghan Markle’s REAL diary when she first started dating Harry - what she doesn’t want you to see! Excerpts!”, or something equally as sensational and misleading. The fake diary was, of course, written to make Meghan look as bad as possible. I don’t even like Meghan Markle - there are a lot of things about her to dislike and criticise, unfortunately. It’s a shame that people seem to think that you either have to blindly adore her, or jump on the racist Daily Mail hate train. You can have valid criticisms of someone without hating them, wishing them ill, or being biased against them. I think there’s a lot to criticise and dislike about her, but just because I criticise the things that someone does wrong, that doesn’t mean that I blindly hate them, or that I want to see them slandered. I don’t want to just have my beliefs confirmed, either - I want to be as informed as possible. Actually, that’s how I came to my conclusions about her, in the first place - I really wanted to initially, but her actions consistently showed that she’s just not a nice or good person, and unfortunately, I eventually had to accept that that’s what the evidence showed (without the need for Daily Mail style lies, exaggeration, and venomous smear campaigns). Anyway, my point is that I don’t want to read BS about someone whose actions I find questionable. I want to read the truth. So even though I’m not a fan of hers, the way the Daily Mail created this fake news piece, the way they slandered her and fabricated this horrible diary, was absolutely disgusting, and totally unethical. I was horrified by it, and shocked that no one else seemed to notice or make a big deal out of it at the time. It was as if I was the only one who even noticed that the story was fake, let alone that it was completely unethical and biased. What’s worse, everyone in the comments believed that the story was real, and I came across multiple KZhead channels with sizeable followings quoting the fake diary excerpts as if they were real (I looked to see if anyone was talking about it, because it bothered me, and I was right, people were talking about it...just not in the way I’d hoped. People genuinely thought that the diaries were really hers). Royal Family-themed channels were presenting true royal facts, and genuine, reasonable criticisms of Meghan and Harry, alongside this fake diary, and fake stories from the Daily Mail website! Their listeners, in turn, would assume that everything was true, because this fake news had been presented alongside known facts. They presented this fake diary as though it was a genuine piece of evidence - because that’s how the Daily Mail had tried to make it look - and they criticised Meghan for things she didn’t even say, things this journalist wrote while pretending to be the worst version of her possible! It was crazy. It just goes to show what kind of people accept the Daily Mail as a legitimate source - illogical, hateful people who don’t know how to fact-check, don’t know how to recognise a reliable source, and are happy to believe anything, as long as it confirms their biases. So yeah, it makes sense that the only real, decent content on the Daily Mail would be stolen from someone else. I hope these guys hold them accountable for their actions.

I think an unedited version is needed to confirm. My only doubt would be if Corbyn thought they were whistleblowers which would explain some of the lines at the end. I’m being kind though as I know how these videos can be edited to make people look bad. But vaccination is literally a matter of life or death for many. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night, knowing I sold people's lives for 10k. I assume you are implying that since there is no contract, you wouldn't have to follow your word, but 10k is one hell of an influence. Even if not consciously, a subconscious sense of honor may make you a bit more harsh against the stuff you weren't paid to not slander, and so on.

@@kudubwrong7227 Because the chances of this happening are so small, that it would do more harm than good to say to everyone "hey this vaccine has an incredibly small chance to cause you some nerve damage or, an even smaller chance to kill you". Like with most things that have a small chance of happening, they don't outright mention it but put precautions in place such as when you ride a rollercoaster; they don't say to everyone "hey, there is a minute chance that a human or mechanical error could cause a crash that could kill you" but they tell you how to ride safely. Most of the time with urgent matters the positives and negatives are weighed and debated then implemented based on that. Not sure if you went for your vaccine but, they make you wait 15 mins afterwards to ensure you don't have a negative reaction (it could be rare that it happens later but they cannot keep everyone overnight for something that has a tiny chance of occurring).
