  • Apologize for the visuals from inside the car. First time using the head mounted GoPro. Next time will have better visuals. There are timestamps to skip those parts of the video. 😅

    • Don't worry! I feel like it's better to have shared it than just having short clips and pics since this was such an intense event and people are really curious about it. I especially appreciate your distance shots just watching as things develop!

    • Would be interesting to see what an ef5 tornado can do in the middle of a downtown area around high rises in the middle of usa somewhere 😇 1

    • @markeuringer8106 If you want to see an F5 just go look at the Joplin, Missouri tornado. It hit the multi-level hospital.

  • If you want to do as storm chaser , put camera , go pro or something, in a casing on top front section of the roof , get 4 , one view = front drive view. One = right side view. One = left side view. One = back view . So if you need to turn around and go opposite direction from tornado heading your direction, with 4 continually running filming , you will get great shots . Good luck . Spend some time to work on it . Oh make sure casing for the camera can handle serious impact force from hailstones.

  • I appreciate your style of chasing. You don't seem to have the need to drive @ speeds over 90 MPH. You don't seem to be swearing at other drivers on the road because they're not wanting to drive at over 100 MPH. Your situational awareness is excellent, and you're not a yelling, screaming, swearing, out of control idiot storm chaser, like so many others who post here on KZhead. Thumbs up for you man ! Good Job !👍🏻😃

  • Love your images - close-ups with a good camera and the distant videos to put in perspective - I love seeing the larger storm with a tornado. I really wanted to see who’s sitting in the back seat.

  • The last bit where you are one to three miles away, were those inflow winds?? Really nice capture. What a beast of a storm. We lucked out here in Wichita the next day. Right when things were popping to our south, cold air poured in and we went from a dew point of 65 to 54 in about 45 minutes. Did have some torrential rain but we needed it. Stay safe out there.
