Abubakar Nurmagomedov posted a picture of Conor gasping for air in the Khabib fight with the caption “When it’s coronavirus and you can’t breathe”. He said this while Khabibs father was suffering with Covid. This is why Conor accused the father of “faking it” because why would a cousin make such a joke like that if it was serious. I don’t think Conor should’ve said it but we can’t ignore why it was said. Edit- 1 point was dissproved and I removed it.

Before Conor became champ-champ, Dana swore he won't allow anyone to hold two belts at once because of how this would affect their respective divisions. He then changed his mind and let Conor hold two belts at once which greatly helped cement his legend (and cash cow status.) Conor's words and actions outside of the ring are beyond their responsibilities - and rightfully so. If you want to blame the UFC, blame them for helping create the Conor phenomenon.

I agree. I tune in to watch the fights, not the bs drama. Everyone of these guys are supposed to be professionals. I still remember when opponents would bow to each other. It was classy and I liked the respect shown. Dojo owners used to turn away guys who couldn't learn to show respect. Some of these guys don't even realize that this form of "promoting" or "selling" the fights disrespect everybody, including themselves.

He said this while Khabibs father was suffering with Covid. This is why Conor accused the father of “faking it” because why would a cousin make such a joke like that if it was serious. I don’t think Conor should’ve said it but we can’t ignore why it was said. Edit- 1 point was dissproved and I removed it.
