- No it's not it's Scottish. The Chinese barely eat haggis as that's what it is a haggis pop. It's basically mini haggis on a stick. Haggis isn't Chinese. They may well eat plenty things similar but it's not haggis.

In my culture we make a food similar by using the sheep stomach, filling it with rice that’s been mixed in herbs and we add soft meat with it, we then roll it in a ball shape and sew it shut, this is only cooked on very special occasions (once or twice a year) and we usually make about a 100 of these and slow cook it for a few hours, we don’t eat the stomach lining we just open it up and eat the rice inside and let me tell you it’s one of the best rice you can taste. Smell 2/10. Taste 10/10

- In Italy we usually eat these ingredients separately. So the stomach to do “trippa”, the liver and the lungs to do “gnumareddi” or “cazzomarro”. I can guarantee you that they’re delicious haha

- And delicious. You won't find a better cut of beef than the heart. A bit tougher than usual, excellent taste, excellent nutrition. Add a bit of worcestershire sauce in a marinade to soften it up and its just the best. Plus, you gain its power after consumption.

Portuguese person here. This maybe gross when poorly explained but its not as cut and dry. If you wish to search the name of the dish and the preparation you may search for "Maranhos" we use the stomach of the animal with meat, but we also stuff it with Cooked rice, Salt, sliced onions and in some parts, some spices. Its usually served with Fries or Chips. Its a delicacy in the interior parts of Portugal and some regions of Spain. Pretty good!

Haggis is just sausage, it’s throw away cuts of meat stuffed into intestines with spices so that parts of the animal don’t go to waste. Yes it uses a lot of organ meat which isn’t everyone’s cup of tea but to consistently act like it’s any less culinarily appealing than your standard hot dog is frankly ridiculous.
