  • I watched this video sometime in the last two days. Then last night I had a dream that I was in a foreign country (unknown) , sitting at a bar, and I asked the bartender what bourbons he had. He said he had only one but it was premium quality. He called it Tashkent! Isn't it funny how the mind works? Peace out!

  • Wonderful relaxed glimpse of Tashkent, I really enjoyed this video, thanks so much! I agree with your sentiment on markets Julia, I do understand that the guys need to sell their wares, but it is kind of stressful and intimidating. Such kind people, that lady at the souvenir stall and also the guy at the entrance to the Hazrati Imam complex. Looking cute in that hat by the way! My stomach churned watching that guy stepping out of the balcony window of the dome 😨 Have fun you two! ❤❤

  • I went back and watched this video because I missed it when it first came out. I really liked this one! I enjoyed seeing the mosques and shopping areas. The architecture was so beautiful! Those guys in the food area seemed so nice too. I can't wait to see the rest when you go back. Also it was a lot of fun seeing Matt duck out of the way of the camera.

    • Frazorzo. Dear friend, I am from Tashkent, I often visit India, and I really like it. The same can be said about Indian food, I am not used to such food, but I will not go down to your level. Every time I come to India I take food from Uzbekistan with me and eat Uzbek cuisine that can be found in Delhi.
