Amazing atmosphere, incredible energy. I was watching the event via stream and fucking wow! It felt like gsp was back. I think he is canadas new favorite. Well deserved, very humble guy and a great comeback story. I want him to avenge his loss and become champion again.

Nah I feel it’s very fitting to him everything about Charles is dramatic I feel leading up to his fights, doubters, personal troubles, illness, everything seems to go wrong for him up until he wins. This is why everyone loves Charles, he’s such a inspirational character.

I actually think it’s perfect for him and his whole vibe as the others have said. Especially being in the crowd it makes the fight feel more emotionally important tbh it’s hard to explain haha

I think his current walkout song ("O Hino" by Fernandinho) fits Olives perfectly. This song has become rather symbolic for Olives, since he's been using it for a long time and represents his faith in God as well as all his beliefs inside and outside the octagon. And also, along the song there's some lines that go: "Son of mine, it's your time to shine" and stuff like that, which matches perfectly with his famous catchphrase: "I'm illuminated by God!" Of course, those little details will most likely only be noticed and be relevant to the Brazilians, but I find it awesome that he decided to stick with this one particular song for all his walkouts. It means a lot to us Brazilians.
