Vitamins and minerals in fortified cereals are sprayed on after the cereal is cooked. So it washes off into the “milk” product. If you don’t drink the “milk” product you do not get the vitamins and minerals.
And it’s probably a less bioavailable form of the vitamin
Three of the foods you mentioned actually gave me severe depression. I never had any any kind of depression before. Now I can eat whatever I want after taking antibiotics meant for a sinus infection.
Check for gut infections. The gut is the second brain.

You can overcome it, i did, just doing ERP. Literally almost a year without any anxiety or hocd. Unfortunately ocd came 7 days ago about my work, cuz it's very stressful, i started again doing the things.

Everyone has different opinions. Some it doesn't seem to affect, and others it a factor in their anxiety due to a faster heart rate.

What fruits are good for OCD and anxiety, but also urge incontinence? At the same time, I also have constipation, sometimes. I don't like dark chocolate, but I find I feel better if I eat milk chocolate, especially higher-quality, like Ghirardelli.

I take one 400mg magnesium pill daily and it’s working very well for my anxiety. Definitely lowered my cortisol levels EDIT: stopped taking Chelated Magnesium. It made me very weak and lethargic. I am fixing my anxiety with exercise now
Which kind do you take I tried magnesium glycinate a few days ago I only took 160 and had a terrible panic attack took ages for the adrenaline to leave afterwards. Is their one you recommend? Because I do believe magnesium helps, I has citrate a few years ago but from what I hear that’s more for constipation x
@@nataliemcw3375 I updated my comment, I would not recommend taking magnesium. It made me feel like a zombie, and since I stopped taking it my anxiety has actually remained fairly low

Good advice but please be aware of the words you are using ( too much cortisol can cause heart disease) this may scare anxious people like me and cause more and more stress.
I can't eat chocolate! am sensitive to caffeine, and chocolate contain some caffeine! It increases my cortisol, stress, it raises my heart rate! Recommending chocolate doesn't really make much sense!

Most dark chocolate in the U.S and UK is full of heavy metals so please be aware of this
Chocolate is high in sugar.. Sugar increases glutsmate levels wich can lead to ocd and depression because of serotonin resistentcy

I don’t like the taste of plain avocado. Tastes delicious as guacamole with chips.
Try it on sourdough toast with sone butter side as on there first, then sprinkle some sea salt and ground pepper. It will make a difference with the flavor and the crunch of the toast will distract you.

Can you a video on harm ocd please, any time I am on holiday with my girlfriend I get extremely bad instrusive thoughts/urges about killing my partner even though i know I would never do something like this! It’s getting in the way of anything I do and causing anxiety and panic attacks
I get this too sometimes. And like you, I know that I'd never ever do any harm to my loved ones. But just the fact that I sometimes randomly get these thoughts make me think I'm a psychopath waiting to explode like a ticking time bomb.
@@Avio033 yeah it’s horrible, I can’t watch serial killer documentaries anymore either because how bad it makes my intrusive thoughts and I get worried I’m going to wake up one day and kill people and because how much I over think and struggle with these it makes my brain sometimes feel like I believe I want to do it lol

@@stellaancimer8505 Lets put it this way, I get stressed out (all clenched up) and stomach aches when I have to drive somewhere I've never been...normal enough but I start getting anxiety about it a week ahead of time. Stomach aches for a whole week that get worse as the week goes by. Going to a party even if I know a good portion of the people does the same thing. I was never like this until a few years ago, sure I would get a little nervous but not full blown stressed out. I know I don't even have 1/5th of the anxiety that some folks have but it still knocks me out and drives me nuts. I may go almost full blown carnivore, when I did that for three months I felt great, my skin cleared up and my hair grew so fast! I do like salads though and they don't seem to affect me so I might go semi carnivore.
